Wow and finally! I have been looking for a personal chef for years. I have tried many, but usually the experience is less than stellar due to menu, freshness, and how things are delivered and prepared to be reheated properly so the dish feels and tastes fresh...Income Chef Mat. Amazing diversity of menus that make you want to order everything, and with his background working in real restaurants with high end experience added, his meals come out amazing and delicious. He packages dishes perfectly so items stay fresh longer, and provides a menu with heating or preparation instructions that mean I can have an amazing meal ready in 5-15 minutes. For the price I have been saving a ton of money, eating amazing and healthy meals every day, and getting way more portions than I am ordering/paying for.If you are looking for a personal chef with high quality without over paying or sacrificing taste or quality, Chef Mat is your guy. I literally have not found anyone close.

I've had the pleasure of being a client of Chef Mar, using both his weekly meal service and a private brunch. I recommend him for both without hesitation! I never imagined utilizing a chef for weekly meals but life was reaching a point where we needed help managing our time. His weekly meals are delicious and so easy to coordinate and get on the table. He has several menus to choose from and is always willing to try new things and customize to our requests. My three year old daughter loves his ramen and asks for her "special noodles from Chef Mat" Mat came in and cooked a very special brunch for my wife's birthday. From the food to the conversation, it was a delight. We can't wait to do it again and I'm still craving his fabulous bread pudding French toast and eggs Benedict.

Chef Matt catered our 10 year vow renewal ceremony. Everything was amazing! He was prompt, personable and very professional. My husband and I have also inquired about his other meal services and we were impressed with his knowledge of food allergies and dietary restrictions. We will for sure use his services in the future!

My proposal wouldn't have been such a success without Chef Matt!! He served a delicious 4 course meal for 10 people: crab cakes, ahi tuna nicoise salad, duck breast, and cheesecake in a chocolate sphere dome. The food was amazing and the dinner itself was timed perfectly. No course was rushed. Chef hid a ring pop inside my now fiancee's dessert so when she melted the chocolate, it revealed the ring and I proposed. Regarding the food, I've eaten at a lot of high end restaurants and I can honestly say that his food meets and exceeds that level of preparation and quality. The crab cakes (my favorite!) were especially good and had huge chunks of fresh crab in them and are, by far, the best crab cakes I have ever had. The ahi was amazing but the star of the show was definitely the duck breast. The skin was crispy and the duck itself was juicy and flavorful. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the presentation was stellar. Above all else, Chef's dessert made the whole proposal possible. She didn't have a clue! Thank you, Chef, for being a part of our special day and making it such an amazing experience. You will definitely be seeing us again!Please do yourself a favor and don't look for anyone else. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

I won't be bias because we are good friends with the chef & his wife but I highly recommend for all your personal chef needs. They're awesome with diet restrictions and had benefited to have his meals during a hard time for me health wise. His food is top notch and he can service casual gatherings to upscale. Great people behind EPICurean! Got to enjoy his food at a recent bridal shower and he even made vegetarian tostadas but on this day I had to try it all.

Chef Matt is one amazingly talented chef! He follows every dietary guideline to the T. Very nice, humble, extremely knowledgeable in his profession and just an amazing overall experience. I am VERY strict with my paleo diet and everything he made for my week follows Paleo guidelines strictly. I'm new to the area, in law school and busier than ever - he works around your schedule so there is no added stress at all.Thank you, Chef Matt! Can't wait to see what's on next week's menu!A++++

I'm very picky who I let into my life into my life professionally and personally... especially into my home for a private chef. Chef Matt has FAR exceeded the value I ever anticipated. He is very professional, friendly, trustworthy, and his meals are UNBELIEVABLE. You know the feeling when you go to a five star restaurant, take the food home, and wake up the next morning eating it for breakfast and it tastes even better than last night? I experience that every day!! (let the jealousy sink in) Now I can spend more time with my business I'm expanding, I can eat healthy, and have someone I can depend on to custom tailor a complete menu around my diet specific to what I want at an EXTREMELY affordable price for the VALUE he delivers. Very highly recommended. Five stars.

Matt Fischer made an outstanding dinner for my crew last Christmas, cooking it right there in our kitche, then serving it, and topping it off by doing the dishes., He was extremely easy to work with, allowing me to create the fare I wanted while making suggestions to ensure it would be a meal to be remembered.... and it surely was! I wouldn't hesitate to have him back again....and again....and again!!.,

Chef Mat did a wonderful job. The food was delicious. The service was great. We had a private dinner for 12 with a 6 course menu. Chef Mat was easy to work with to design the menu and had great input and helped pair the wines. He left the kitchen spotless when he was done. Our guests had a really good time and meal.

Chef Mat was fantastic! He is very responsive and created a custom 5-course meal for our 8 guests. The food was fresh and delicious. The delivery and presentation was beautiful. Mat did all the serving and cleaning afterwards so we could relax and enjoy conversation with our guests. Mat was great engaging with our kids and guests and we learned some cooking tips. We did not only get a meal but 5+ star experience!
