Justin was a great instructor and was very thorough with my son Charlie and I. He has some amazing stories and was very engaging with group. We would definitely recommend his kayaking session to anyone visiting Napa.

Easy perfect outing for anyone at any age. Checkout the tides before you go out - this will allow for an easier paddle if that matters. The staff is super helpful and will help with everything you need.

We rented a tandem kayak with a Groupon on our ten-year wedding anniversary. Our guide, Justin, was very responsive when making and confirming our reservation and greeted us with a warm Happy Anniversary on the morning of our kayak trip. He was very knowledgeable of the area, and pointed out facts about the wildlife we might see on our adventure. He recommended routes to take, gave us some info regarding the equipment, and sent us on our way. I appreciated his keeping an eye on us as we kayaked down the river for safety's sake, while also allowing us to have our romantic alone-time. The river was very serene, and we saw a wealth of different birds. Justin did point out some homeless setting up residence underneath one of the bridges, but assured us that they were harmless. We appreciated the reassurance. We would certainly rent kayaks from this company again!

This was our first time on a Kayak. The experience on a double Kayak was amazing. My wife has a disability and I knew that it could be challenging for a 66 old person. The location was easy to find with free 3 hour parking. We arrived at 10:20 with a 11am reservation. Justin and Thomas were able to get us out at 10:40 with no waiting. The tour was great and Thomas provided the group of 8 people with so much history of Napa. The pace was good and the 2 hours went by fast. If I could do it then anyone can. Thank you!

Booked a history guided tour with Justin, a friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth guy. We were a group of two tandem kayaks, just us, so it turned out to be a private tour with our kayaks being the only boats on the river on a nice sunny day.Justin was great in helping us with instructions, pointing out historic buildings along the river, telling stories of the old wine and gold rush town of Napa. You can tell Justin loves what he does and the Napa Valley; he made the tour interesting and informative.After the first hour, we were free to explore the river ourselves and test out our kayaking skills.

The kayak setup was great- easy in and easy out. Justin, being a life long resident has great insight and amazing stories, of the area! Highly recommend a tour on the river!

The kayak tour is great fun! Justin is knowledgeable, funny, informative and just an all around great tour guide. After the tour, we had some time to paddle up the river on our own and enjoy the trees and beautiful bird song along the banks. All together a fabulous day!
