Wow!!! What amazing service. I was nervous able having a character at a birthday party. However, after reaching out and talking with Shannon, I knew we were going to book. She made the process super simple and answered all questions and accommodated the activities I had planned.My daughter was surprised and so excited to meet Queen Elsa. I had parents get teary eyed while Elsa sang (her voice was so beautiful) and danced with the kids. She was so great at adjusting and going from one place to another during the party and directing kids where to go. It was so natural, yes even I teared up a bit. Thank you for her attendant for answering my questions as well as directing and making this a fun experience. I will definitely be booking with Enchanted parties again for another party.

What a lovely day Princess Camellia requested the presence of her favorite friend and fellow princess, Cinderella, to her first birthday celebration. Cinderella read a book to the captivated crowd and painted everyone's faces. Cinderella was so friendly and encouraging, she made everyone's day magical. The process to book was easy, Shannon was very helpful over email and very responsive to various inquires about availability, other characters, and prices. I recommend this service to anyone who wants an extra special touch to their child's birthday- all the kids (and many adults!) faces lit up seeing a beautiful princess at the party. Worth it!

I loved how they showed up on time and the character (sorry didn't get to ask for her name in the chaos!) was obviously good with young toddlers, very gentle and charming! My daughter now has a great memory of her 3rd birthday:)

Can't recommend them enough! We just had my 5yo's birthday party today, and "Elsa" was AMAZING. The kids loved her and she truly kept the attention of 10 kids for a full hour! From the email back the same day I inquired about scheduling a princess, to the multiple planning emails in between, to then finally having Elsa surprise the kids and leave a lasting memory, this business was great to work with. Recommend 100%

So AMAZING!!! We had Cinderella come to our party and she was absolutely so sweet and entertaining!! She did an excellent job! Would definitely recommend enchanted parties, cannot express how great this experience was.

Amazing experience. Great performances from all involved, and the entire party was mesmerized from beginning to end. Enchanted Parties made our girls' 4th birthday very, very special and I'm super grateful we chose them for our event, which was a well oiled machine with Anna and Elsa at the helm.Big thanks to everyone involved for making it such a joyous occasion.

I cannot even begin to express my absolute and complete happiness with our experience. Today was the best birthday party I've ever hosted for a little. Cinderella graced us with her incredible presence and it was phenomenal. Not only does she make a great Cinderella, but her acting was beyond anything I ever imagined. She fit so much into an hour I was baffled. The kids were completely enchanted and I am still receiving messages about this magical experience. Thank you for being excellent. I will absolutely be sharing our experience and plan to use you again.

Island Princess and SpiderMan were wonderful!!! They took time with each child, was kind and patient. They made a point to give extra attention to the birthday boy and girl and went above and beyond to sit with them, give bracelets and take all the pictures!

It was our first time doing something like this and such a great experience all around! Shannon was super responsive and communicative from the first contact after another company stopped communicating. Ariel was amazing and did a fantastic job for my daughter's 6th mermaid themed birthday. The kids loved their time with her. Thank you for making the day so special! Very impressed and would highly recommend.
