Empresso Coffeehouse

I've been craving their vegetarian bagel which includes hummus, avocado, pieces of cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions and it's flavorful, refreshing, and filling. Everything on the bagel tasted and looked fresh, even the avocado spread. I love meat but their bagel hits the spot and I'm happy I stopped by while I was in the area. 5/5I had their iced matcha with coconut milk and it was refreshing and not too sweet just how I like. (sorry you all I made a mistake and the matcha drink here was good, I mistook this drink to another matcha drink I had recently). Just a reminder I need to be on top of my reviews. Oppsies, rant over sorry. I was hoping it would have a stronger matcha taste but it was better than other matcha drinks I've had. 4.5/5The staff was welcoming when we walked in and the area has about 6 tables or so and the aesthetics are modernized. As we waited for my bagel and drink there appeared to be a lot of regulars getting their coffee fix. I had a good experience, especially since the vegetarian bagel hit the spot just like it did the first time I had it. I was not disappointed with their bagel. It was one of the highlights of this spot.

First time ordering from this little gem via grub hub . Excellent food fresh and on point . Food was warm when it arrived in French camp . Prices are great for the for quality food . Ordered vege sandwich and it was Soo good . Always good and orders are consistently correct .

The very best customer service I've seen at a coffee shop. The coffee is excellent as well. I highly recommend this place if you're downtown for Jury duty. 6 stars

I've been going to this location pretty much every day for the past year (I had to check my texts messages for the notification that I received a star)The service is good, the coffee is fine. The reason for the one star is the lack of supplies. The shop itself seems to hardly ever have any pastries in stock. And if they do have pastries, they are coming in at 8-9 AM via a grocery delivery service. (Mind you it's not just pastries, it's milk, and other items they need to function).As well as they seem to be low on ingredients they need to make drinks. It's become a running joke before we walk in (my co workers and I) take a guess on whether or not, they will have what they need today.The baristas always are nice and let us know that they are still waiting on the their shipment. It doesn't sound as if the baristas themselves order the items they need. It sounds as if they are just liaisons. So this is more so directed to the person who does the ordering. Why does it seem to be the case this location is neglected? Know that if you plan on going to this location please keep in mind that you may leave disappointed because this shop doesn't seem to have someone who orders the necessary items it needs to function.

This Empresso is tucked on the side of the County building. Street parking is available. And there's plenty of seating inside or in the outdoor patio area as well. Their paninis are awesome! (But it does get busy at lunch sometimes so I would order online or call if you're in time crunch)The veggies and cheese panini is packed with veggies and is another great vegetarian find in downtown also the spicy turkey pesto has a nice little kick.

The Girls in there this morning were super busy but still managed to provide great service. And my coffee is bomb!! I appreciate a business that can manage the energy when the pressure is on & everyone is in a hurry to get to work. Wish I would've gotten names, thanks ladies you guys are killing is

I can feel the great customer service today and had a wonderful experience. There were no eggshells in my egg and everything was perfect minus the turkey ran out.

I absolutely love this place. Their veggie bagel is a must try & Ive never had a coffee there that disappoints. The young ladies who work there Daisy & Heather are always smiling & welcoming, they know the downtown employees by name & always greet you with the most pleasant "hello" or "welcome in". I usually request a surprise drink, the girls get creative & everything is amazing. Even if I wasn't a coffee drinker I would continue to go in just for their amazing customer service.

Customer service isn't great or very friendly. As far as coffee, it taste awful. I try to give every place a second chance but both times the coffee is terrible. Don't recommend
