This is a really cute coffee place. We came yesterday and it was not crowded in the morning since it is a holiday weekend. We had to pay for parking about a block away, I think parking may be a problem on a regular work day when it is busy. I think if you work in the surrounding buildings than this is perfect as you already have your own parking.The lady that helped us was very nice, friendly and helpful. Since we had not been here before she asked us a lot of questions to make sure we were happy with our order.I had the veggie and hummus bagel and it was amazing. My husband had the avocado toast and it was OK, but nothing special.The coconut cold brew was delicious. I had the ice tea with strawberry flavor added, also delicious and not too sweet.

Love this little coffee shop. Has a great vibe inside with great friendly staff. Been here a few times and it is always a great visit with some amazing coffee. It has tables to sit back relax and do work or just enjoy some coffee with a friend. I enjoyed a Caramella. Carmel sauce vanilla and espresso. Also have had the Mexican Mocha. Espresso with Ghirardelli chocolate and some cinnamon. Really good. The egg breakfast sandwich is very tasty as well for a quick bite. Stop on in and enjoy the vibe.

This review is for pastries and drinks only! The whole bean coffee selection is eclectic and ranges from Africa, to Central America and other distance micro climate regions. There is a lot of detail in the packaging and it feels like many are fair trade and organic but maybe just didn't pay for the labeling which is fine with me. I'll be hitting up Empresso more frequently for single origin coffee beans.As for the specialty drinks, the chai latte might be the best in Stockton. It hedges toward the sweeter side on the spectrum of chai lattes, but it's right in my ballpark for the amount of sweetness with just enough spice. Sometimes the spices can be over the top and you get flavor fatigue if it's overly spiced in my opinion.The pastries all look delicious but I have to pick up the scone every time, the blueberry in particular. I didn't see any in the counter today so they must sell out each day and it's about 1:30 right now so it would be very late to expect them to run another batch just for me...hint hint!Now the kicker is the beer menu with my favorite Peanut Butter Stout from Lead Dog in Reno. They also have King Cong from Sac, a Cherry Cider, A Hazy from Headlands, Mexican Lager from Oakland Beer Works, and a Double Hazy from Headlands Pittsburg.Overall I have to say this place does it right and Stockton is lucky to have a place that offers quality beverages and pastries at fair prices. Empresso you are an asset to Stockton and I hope you upgrade your seating someday :)

Disappointing is not even the word. I paid $15 for a Mexican Mocha Hot and a bagel with Cream Cheese and a side bacon. I got a cold half cup of coffee with no safety seal or sealed delivery method cup had coffee spilled all over it. I ordered an Everything Bagel and got a dry stale tasting plain bagel with no cream cheese. Definitely never wasting money here again I can't figure out why they have 4 stars? The pictures don't lie....

Iced mocha taste like chocolate milk.. Very expensive for chocolate milk can't even taste the coffee.. I went to Poppy's Coffee to buy another coffee.. lol Bad customer service.. The guy who made my coffee don't care if we spend money or he doesn't even care for the customers!!! This place is TRASH!!!

Door dashed my breakfast today and the sandwich was okay. It was a little bland and probably would not order again. However the coffee did not disappoint! I have been to empresso several times in person and their coffee is always a hit.

Had to come into the city to get some papers at the courthouse very early on a very cold morning and afterwards was walking down the street and found this little coffeehouse. I can't have sugar so I popped in expecting to get a regular latte like I usually get but decided to ask if they have sugar free options, and found out they have tons! The inside was really nice, they have a bookshelf and tons of seating. Also, I don't know who the artist is but I really enjoyed the hilarious hand-drawn tip sign. Feels like a classic cafe with tons of personality and a great place to chill. Also, my latte came out quick, hot, and delicious. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

It's always have a bad experience when DoorDashing anything in Stockton. However today I did a DoorDash order with two coffees and two breakfast items. I wanted to try the ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on the croissant. The croissant option wasn't available on DoorDash so I called in and spoke to Nacho. He informed me that they did have croissants even though the option wasn't available on the app. He then Instructed me on how to order it. I ended up ordering that with the egg scramble with cheese, a sugar-free mocha Frappuccino and a Rockyroad Frappuccino. Everything was excellent! My sandwich was so good. I can't believe how good their service is and how accurate their orders are. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back for sure! Thank you Nacho!

The lack of cream cheese on this bagel is crazy lol so weird for that. My snickerdoodle latte was good though!
