Emerald Cove Mobile Home Park

Very sketchy feeling once inside the park. We went to an open house. It was chaos. About 50 people swarming the place. Driving around the park it seemed most residents did not take pride in their yards or community. Some yards literally looked like a junk yard. Would not buy there.

I work by contract on the property. I have never experienced anything that Dana V. experienced. I have never been met with anything but politeness including interactions with children and teens. Perhaps it is because I am there during business hours during the week.. but I have been treated with less respect on properties in far more affluent communities

I live in this park and love it! I like my park manager, and the fact all homes must be owner occupied. It is a very quiet park, and the park was the main reason I brought my house there. It is five minutes from BART and very accessible compared to other parks.
