Elizabeth Pinkerton Park is roughly 4.5 Acres . It is located in the Cosumnes Community Service District In the City Of Elk Grove California.Named after Elizabeth Pinkerton who is nationally recognized for her innovative and creative thinking.Built in 2008 this park offers a large playground with swings for the kids, a half basketball court, a covered structure gazebo with BBQ, open play area, and is also connected to walking trails on either side of the park .The only issues that I found were : location of the park was next to a busy intersection ! And parking was limited to street parking only. But over-all this is a lovely community park that offers it neighbors a safe and clean place for the kids to play, and for active adults with their miles of hiking trial. I will definitely be back in warmer weather to take advantage of their walking trials. A park that offers amenities for children and adults deserves a solid "3 Stars !"

Cute park. Has a great walking trail. Beautiful well kept up grass. The slide is a bit wore down, and the homeless sometime hang out, but other than that it's wonderful.

Great park. We were on a long drive and the kids needed a break. The creek next door also offered some good strolling.
