LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHINGIf you're reading these reviews it means you're looking for a personal trainer and I can tell you to just stop right now and sign up with Chantal/Tyler. My boyfriend and I worked with Chantal and she is the best hands down. She's kind, funny, and pushes you while understanding your limitations. We only did two 30 minute sessions a week but we could see and feel a difference in our body composition and overall confidence! The results would've been even more noticeable if we worked on our diet more which she also provides with nutrition coaching. We would've stayed with Chantal forever if it wasn't for us moving to the bay.

I have going to Chantal for a month now and I will definitely continue seeing her! I see progress in myself physically and emotionally already! She gives a clear and straightforward plan in order to reach your fitness goals and does so with no judgment. She pushes you to do your very best and says words of encouragement every session in order for you to push yourself! I truly look forward to our sessions and seeing a increase in my strength has been incredible! I have never taken part in weight training before coming here and I already feel much more knowledgeable of how to use the weights and do so with the right form! I absolutely recommend her!

I came to Tyler thinking I already knew how to exercise but was curious to find out about new exercises and for me having a trainer also helps me stay consistent with my workouts, after doing the first couple sessions with Tyler I was surprised because he really goes into detail about correct form and what each exercise is for. I feel a huge difference when I exercise now using the form that Tyler thought me and I realized I wasn't really paying much attention to mind muscle connection, thank you Tyler for your positive energy and for teaching me the correct forms I really enjoy having you as a trainer and I also love your set up in your garage! Very clean, private, and a good amount of equipment!

Even though I have only been training with Chantal for a bit over a month, I can see results! I feel much stronger than I have before training with her. She takes the time to really listen to what you are aiming for and follows through with a plan that works for YOU. I have also learned quite a bit about different exercises and things I wouldn't have known without training with Chantal. I've had 2 other trainers in my life before Chantal and can easily say she surpasses any of them. If you're looking to feel confident, strong, and ready to make a real change, go see her! I can not recommend her enough!Also she now has boot camp classes twice a week if you prefer a group setting!

I joined Elevated Personal Training nearly 3 months ago and it has been a great experience! Chantal is very professional and keeps us super-motivated while we shed our pounds ! I have been training with Chantal for almost 2 months, and really love my workouts. She pushes me to my maximum potential. I was worried that i would not be able to do much on the weights, but i was strongly surprised, especially with my back issues. What i love the most is how much attention she pays to detail. I started my fitness journey with Chantal 3 months ago and all I can say is that it has been the best decision I have ever taken. Chantal really pushes you to your limit and make sures you progress. I love the group workout because everyone motivates one another and is a safe space for everyone. Even though there can be 4 or 5 other people in the group workouts, Chantal always makes sure you are doing everything correctly and always takes the time to pay attention to you. She is such a great trainer and would definitely recommend her if you want to start your fitness journey.
