Elevate is located at Black Oak Casino to your left as you drive in. This is an indoor trampoline building. It is fairly large in size and will accommodate kids of all ages. They run specific occupancy in specific time blocks, which is enforced by colored wrist bands. When your time is up, an employee will call out on a loud speaker when your allotted time has expired. This is nice, because it keeps the trampoline area from getting too inundated with people. There is a large seating area full of tables and chairs just outside the trampoline area. There is also a full bar and kitchen to order food/drinks. I didn't not order any food, so I can't speak to the quality. For adults and older children, they also have 4 golf simulation bays and 2 axe throwing stations.

We couldn't wait for Elevate to open, we've had a membership for as long as we've been able, we've had a great time every time we've gone, have had pizza and hot dogs and everyone has been super sweet.Except for last week.Instead of getting pizza or a hotdog, the kids wanted a sandwich from Tuolumne Market. Apparently, that's a no-no and signs are posted "everywhere".I went in with my 2 kids and our 1 sandwich. After check-in we were swiftly approached by the concession lady and advised we can't have outside food. No problem I said, we won't bring in any again.Apparently, that wasn't good enough, since she then brought the front counter girl who aggressively stated the same thing. I also said, ok, duly noted we won't bring in outside food again. Finally, for a cherry on top, they brought out the manager who again stated the same thing. All within about 5-10 minutes of entering the building.I said, I heard it from the first lady, I didn't need 3 people to tell me the same thing, if they wanted us to go outside to eat our food, they should have said that. But they didn't.Poor customer service and poor training. This resulted in us discontinuing our membership and we won't go back. This isn't about whether or not food should/ should not be allowed. It's about how you talk and relate to people who are ultimately, paying your wages. Thanks ladies, way to lose a loyal and local customer.

We came here our first night staying at the casino. My four year old couldn't stop talking about wanting to come here. The prices were a bit higher than I would want to pay, but it's not completely outrageous. For two adults and one kid, it was a little over $60 for an hour. They were pretty nice about letting us start about 15 minutes early, so that was a nice surprise. They've got a bunch of games (some of them were broken though), basketball hoops for dunking, and an America Ninja Warrior style obstacle course. All in all it was a fun time and one of the highlights of our vacation. An hour was more than enough time...I was exhausted and sweaty after the hour was up. I should mention that it was not crowded at all when we went. I think I would have a much different story to tell if there were a bunch of unsupervised kids jumping around on trampolines without caring about anyone else.

Had our son's birthday party here today! They all had an amazing time!! Very clean and check in process was a breeze. Although it will not keep us from returning, it was a bummer outside food was not allowed i.e. cupcakes from safeway for the party and pizza for the guests from the Charlie by the bowling alley. ( i get no taco bell and what not but dont understand birthday cupcakes and charloe pizza from Black Oak) In order to do so a room had to be rented. My guests and i were also discussing how it would be neat if they put up cameras and displayed it on tv's so when the parents are sitting down at the tables you could still watch your children since the other side is hard to see from seating area. Overall we are very happy with our experience. I would also like to add the young man who i am guessing was the manager because the workers were going to him for questions on 2/16 at 11:00 (i did not catch his name) was very very polite and made the experience great! That young man deserves a raise!

This is the new trampoline park at black oak casino. It is in a different building and is for family fun. They have a Ninja warrior course, and many different areas within the trampoline park, such as a giant Air bag, slide launcher, dodgeball, basketball, and the regular trampoline area. Other than the trampoline part, they also have ax throwing ( 14 years with an adult). They have sports simulators in another part of the building, as well. They have a concession stand with snack items, drinks, corn dogs, etc. It's a pretty cool place to spend some time with the kids.

The kids love this place. They get all their energy out. I just wish they had more comfortable seating for the parents that have to sit there for 90 minutes and wait. Maybe they can set up a small lounge area as there is plenty of room.

This place was definitely much needed in this county. There's nothing else like it within an hour's drive. A great, fun place for the whole family, and the kids can get all that energy out! Good fun and good exercise, and they have more than just trampolines too.
