This is a first class family business that provides great friendly service and professional advice. I recently purchased a golf cart from them and couldn't be happier with the experience. It is refreshing to deal with people that enjoy their work and treat you like family. They have plenty of inventory to check out. The sales team went above and beyond working with my budget and letting me test drive a few models. They made a few modifications/upgrades to my cart to meet my needs/wants. After visiting a couple shops in the area, I'm glad I ended my search with Electric Golf Car Company....I will recommend them to all who will be asking about my new "ride".The G.O.A.T. These guys are are not honest or trust worthy. They lie and don't respect customers. Do not do business with them. We were ready to buy a golf cart and we went from we have so much inventory to I'm sorry we sold that, to you should have put a deposit down. They never asked me to. Why would I if they had so much inventory. They used a bait and switch method from used car sales in the 70's. Felt bad for the inexperienced salesman. Figured out real quick the owner sits in his office and sell the cars out from under him. Found out the Evolution model I was looking at has very bad reviews and no one in Lincoln Rocklin Roseville area will not service them! Do not by from them . We dodged a bullet for sure! Should have nooo star but to post I had to pick one.

Great service. My Evolution was lacking pick-up from a standing start. They came out to my house and made an adjustment to the programming. All under warranty and no charge for the visit. So glad I bought me golf cart here! Great company to deal with.

Very very good service. I just got the cart and have only used it once. Everything works great and I'm stoked with my purchase. Ajay was super helpful and the follow up to make sure you are satisfied is second to none. They do a great job in making sure you are completely happy with your purchase and service. I highly recommend this place if you need a golf cart. They literally have any option you can think of.

Cannot recommend Electric Golf Car Co enough! From our initial phone call with Ajay to the excellent customer service from Sandeep, they truly treat their customers like family - with respect, transparency and fairness. We recently bought a brand new Evolution cart - very fair price, they even added in a mirror and drink holders, and let us borrow their ramp to bring the cart home in our trailer. When my husband decided he wanted different tires a few days later, they were happy to take his original ones and texted him photos of other options he might be interested in. And when we realized one of our speakers wasn't working properly, they said they'd take care of it, no problem. Their selection is outstanding and we were so pleased to hear our cart has a 2-year warranty and the battery a 5-year warranty. We have no doubt they'll take care of us, and any service needs we have, in the coming years. We walked into the shop hoping to get the best deal possible and walked out saying we're so glad we gave them our business. Truly a great experience from start to finish! Will recommend them to anyone and everyone in the market for a golf cart moving forward.
