El Rincon Market

This is a small market that I've been waiting to see since the pandemic. It's taken quite a while for them to open.It's not a big store, but they have a lot neatly packed into the space. I didn't go for the deli, but it looked okay. $2.49 for tamales seemed good, but I'm sure they're chicken or pork at that price.They have a great many brands of the packaged food I buy and the prices aren't bad. For example, the OKF Aloe Vera drink is less expensive and more flavors are available than anywhere else in town.Things like tortillas seemed to be in short supply, which is rather typical of a good business.Service seemed okay.

I hate leaving bad reviews for small up and coming business, specially when they're local. But maaaaaannnn I hope the owner sees this. With many already established markets in Manteca you need a "draw" to your business. Charging premiums for products bread and meat that are spoiling. Bought some bread tasted old. Went to the meat counter no joke meat was turning colors. It makes more sense to have a promotional time on things that "spoil" to get a clientele going. Nobody expects to pay low bottom prices all the time. But to save your business, save yourself some money, save yourself violations and maybe even a civil suit. Do something to get those "fresh" products out of the display shelves. wish nothing but good things coming to this place. Just a little change will pay dividends. Clean and decent parking because nobody really goes there. The service idk.

We've been coming here for a while now. Usually to pick up meat to cook at home. The staff is always helpful & friendly. We recently had a party & ordered 2 trays of carne asada & chicken. They did not disappoint! The meat was really good, all our party guests enjoyed it, we had extra to send home with some of the guests & they were happy!

Nunca volvería a comprar comida de este lugar, compré birria de chivo y me salió una pelo en ella cuando estaba apunto de comer muy desagradable.

This is the place to go!! The food is on point, Super friendly staff, great prices and good quality stuff. Very clean (btw you don't hand the workers your card. You insert it yourself)

Burritos were good the first time, second time , teriible. Meat was fatty and very little of it. The burrito was loaded with rice and beans , little carne asada. The burrito was cold. Dont waste $13.00 plus on the burrito.
