Good food. Service was swift drive through so don't know about ambiance. Easy to order and to get to

Last week was my first time coming here (work in area) and marzella was very rude. I wanted to write a review right then and there but figured it could just be a bad day. I've come every day since then and the interaction hasn't been worse but it hasn't been much better. I've kept it to mobile orders since then.Today someone new helped me. Waited a few mins at the register (since I had cash today) until she decided to help. Her name was Esmeralda or something similar and she was super rude smh. Everyone that deals with customers here talk to you like you're stupid. I'll probably still have to come here because of convenience and price (plus it's healthier than other fast food places) but I'm just gonna have to stick to the mobile order route so I don't have to be spoken to like that.But the food is actually fresh and good here, if that means anything lol.

Wow if only they actually sold the food pictured in this ad no shrimp no cheesy wraps I don't know where they got these pictures but nothing sold at the restaurant looks anything like these pictures

Yum! The best El Pollo Loco we've been to, the one in the Riverbank shopping center. Perfect location since we will shop at Save Mart, Target, CVS pharmacy, Home Depot, Wells Fargo Bank and Cold Stone. Close to home. Friendly staff and the food was delicious. The crunchy tacos are our favorite and the salad and bowl looks good, maybe I'll try one next time, maybe..... yummy yummy yummy The restaurant is clean and inviting

I have officially dropped my review to 1. The fossilized chicken in my chicken rings burrito was so hard that is almost chipped my tooth. Awful experience. Five chucks that must have been cooking all day. I'm not worried about getting food poisoning.

When the line in the drive through is long, it's faster to go inside the restaurant. This El Pollo Loco can get busy at times.

Stopped in & purchased a family dinner. Brought it home & served the meal. Turned out very disappointing. The chicken was overcooked/dried out. Almost like chicken jerky. How can the cooks/staff sell this chicken in this state. It was NOT edible. We've visited several times & the chicken has been the dry each time. I will not go to this location ever again.

Where's the beef? Double Birria tostada lacking the double , they skimped on the meat today, and look at that quality brown avocado

I just moved to riverbank and went to pollo Loco and the food is really good, the quality was on top.I been trying different things every time I go and they always make it easier for me. They always offered me the best deals and their chips and guacamole is so good

El Pollo Loco is the VERY BEST! The service is great and place is lovely inside! The food is soooo good! Would 100% recommend
