El Forastero Mexican Food

was told to try this spot and was worried when i saw the 2 stars on yelp. since i was already there, i decided to order the carne asada fries. pls be aware that there is a $.50 transaction fee for debit or credit cards! the carne asada fries - the meat was dry and the french fries honestly lacked a lot of flavor. there wasn't much in terms of what came with the order - some guac, some tomatoes, and some cheese. i personally found the fries to be soggy and overall the toppings weren't adequate enough for each bite. i wished there was just a little bit of everything where it would've been a nice balance of tomatoes , cheese, avocado and the french fries.

I ordered about 18 breakfast burritos. 9 Chorizo, and 9 Bacon and Ham. I needed them for my crew of drivers. I called it in, and I was able to pick it up. They called me when it was done.

This Mexican food restaurant is open 24 hours a day they make an excellent breakfast burrito just how I like it for quick fast and amazing service stop by this place hands-down around town five star

Good and very fulfilling. Two people can share one. Chorizo was better. Bacon was a little salty but still good and came with a lot of bacon in it

My go to place for breakfast burritos. My favorite is the sausage with the potatoes swapped out for refried beans. So good. They have even done an awesome job when I need to order 30 breakfast burritos for office meetings. Ordered the day before and everything was ready the next morning as promised with all the salsa bagged and ready to go.

First Ima start off by saying I'm so devastated to read on a news that this place got burned down! So sad. The staff here (well the girl that works the window all the time I come, her edges are always slayedddd!) Anywho, she's always so nice and hooks it up with extra salsas.They have a large menu with lots of options! I've tried a number of items and every one was just off too me. Either it wasn't balanced, too salty, not seasoned enough, soggy, hard rice... I'm not a fan. Plus there prices are way too expensive for the bad quality of food.I appreciate that it's a drive through! Makes it so convenient, but if the food isn't good what's the point? I don't recommend, but staff are very friendly!!

Why the heck is 1 burrito and 3 shakes over $40?????? And the food is decent at best and not tasty. The service is ok. From now on, I'm going to El Grullito down the road. Leaving my chips at the better table

I'm so upset with this location i've never really liked this place anyways but I wanted to give it another shot. I got my meal and as soon as I was eating the chicken a few bites in I feel something poking my throat and I find a wire in my food. God knows if I would've swallowed it what could've happened. I will not be coming to this location ever again that is definitely a safety hazard and sanitary issue as well as very bad food service.Horrible!

i ordered food from the restraunt on auburn Blvd. Sacramento i ordered 4 street tacos please please no onions i guess can't read or understand basic English for i will get sick of the onions i got more onions than meat so that wat 12 dollars down the drain second order for 12 dollars 2 enchiladas rice and beans i got one horrible enchilada no rice or beans and all that came to 30 plus dollars so if i was u i give this place 2 thumbs down its a shame with prices today when u want to enjoy a nice meal after a hard day of working the fast food restraunts rather complain how much there making and we all know they deserve 20 plus dollars to take a order well just be ware back to the taco trucks were u can enjoy a great taco
