El Dorado Liquor & Lotto

Been coming here for a long time but no more. Place been going downhill since new owner took over. Cashier at the counter charged me for a Lotto ticket I didn't even ask for or receive and when I mentioned it he got upset and slammed my money down that he originally robbed me for. Couldn't believe the tone and language he threw at me for mentioning the money I was due. I asked "why you mad at me for your mistake"?his reply was "are you gong to kill me? Get out my store"The nerve of him to treat a customer like that. Not my fault I know how to add and count my change. Won't be back rather drive further for this place is 3 blocks from the house #neighborhoodthief #badattitude

I come here for a few things the beer and rockstars. I have certain spots in town where they get my business, This is one of them. I like to sip on New Castle and once in a while I'll catch it for $9.99 a twelve pack. I also like the two rockstars for $3 too. The staff here is very cool, the owner is a very cool cat. He also owns Alpine market on California st by Oak Park. Yep, I stay local and support the business in the Oak Park area. Cheers :)Vincent D *VD* Life is Beautiful

They have a good variety and selections to choose from at very competitive pricing not to mention the friendly, courteous and helpful staff. I've been going there for years and will continue to go there.

Finally got more choices on beer! This is one of the places in town that gets my business as it is very clean offers a lot for a small store, and I feel comfortable coming here at night.

I've had so many rude encounters with the young men that work there like being charged for things I only asked for a price check for and the guy refusing to take it off the amount charged "because there are no refunds, read the sign !"This was after I told him I didn't want the product before the final total was rang up.Other employees are on the phone and do not give you their full attention. Rude af!The only hard working attentive employee is Nikki and she's always cheerful, accommodating and on top of things. Please bring back to this store? She's also honest as these guys are full of bulls***.

They are never open on time I went over there to get doming to drink I look over it's closed then I go the next day it's closed you also have to remember the opening times are 7:00 Am to 11:00 PM am I go to the store at 7:28 Nvm I looked at the hours.... THEY OPEN AT 6:00 AM

horrible customer service from a young man, ALWAYS has his airpod on and stays talking on the phone. Your better off going somewhere else. He doesn't acknowledge you and doesn't know anything about his job.

Big selection.. great staff. The owner is very nice. Also has the best prices in town for booze.
