El Dorado Grocery & Deli

We were driving down the 50 from Tahoe and had this small town deli come up on the APP. 5 minutes off the main hwy and we were in another world...historic town.The proprietor was great and the food as pictured is an amazing value.If you are continuing south let waze take you through shingle springs 5minutes and a lovely park

I looked up fast food on MY GPS, saw this on the way and had to turn around. Glad I did, the bread is fresh, and the sandwiches are a pretty big! They even have got hot food to go. Oh, can't forget Bobby & Deneise, very polite service with a smile!! Thanks guys! I highly recommend this store!

From the outside this looks like your typical small town grocery store, but it has a lot of local and bay-area native products. We picked up some local honey, some cooking supplies for our rental, and some take out food. The food was fresh and flavorful.

This is a must go to for El Dorado County. The owner, Bobby, is loved by his customers and the deli is great. Breakfast Burritos, Tacos, Sandwiches and Wraps, they make everything with love. Add to it a great selection of beverages and you have the perfect stop on your way to Lake Tahoe and for locals in El Dorado County. It sits in a historic building with a State of California Marker in front, and next to the popular Bar Poor Reds. You won't get better service or meet nicer people. Stop in today, and you won't be disappointed!

This Grocery & Deli has fantastic breakfast and lunch. I have had the breakfast burrito with bacon, potatoes, cheese and a special sauce and for lunch I have had their tamales, Tacos on Tuesday, trip tip sandwich, and the potato salad is fantastic! I am always in and out and a nice change for lunches.

The owner and staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable. A Wide variety of food and household items make this store a good place to go when you don't feel like going to the big store. Thanks Bobby for all your years of service to El Dorado!Shawn Morrison

Best hometown mart, owner knows everyone's name and always has best selection! Highly recommend! Bobby and Matt are awesome!

So I would never ever recommend this place! I got chicken strips and the middle was raw . I have never been more disgusted! They have dust on the counters and overall a really nasty not well cleaned place. Go support your local shell or something.
