El Camino Mobile Home & RV Park

I never stayed there but turned in an application and was approved. The owners name is Aaron Hukill. The guy seemed nice enough and I told him I wanted the space. When I called to confirm the space, he said it was gone. If you make a reservation, make sure you have it in writing or you could be sadly disappointed. The place is no thrills for sure.

My husband and I have lived here for a few months now, and it is a great place to be! The manager and the owner are both amazing... extremely friendly, helpful to the extreme, and just generally nice guys.Any time someone drives in the park in a car that they don't know, one of them come out to observe to make sure the person is supposed to be here, and not just someone looking for a good place to rob or whatever.There are MANY security cameras watching EVERYTHING, so you don't have to worry about anything happening to your place, because someone will be watching, and will stop it before it happens.The manager is there for you if you have a problem, even in the middle of the night. I called him at around midnight one night, when we were having a storm and a power cord came down, and he called me back in less than 5 minutes (more like 1 minute after I called).We have never had any problems with the other tenants. Thus far they all seem quiet when it is appropriate (during the night and early morning hours), but nice and friendly if you want to chat.There is a nice little laundry room with very reasonably priced machines. You can even buy snacks (snack machine type stuff -- candy bars, chips, etc.) in the main office!The plots are nicely sized. We have a little bit of grass, with enough room to put a fence around for our pup, and for her to still have space to run around without having to step in her poop.Really, this is a great place to live, so if you are in an RV or 5th Wheel and need a place to park it for a while, I'd recommend giving this place a go!

If I could give these people a TEN, I would, they are awesome!I drove over 2 hours to go to the ONLY Pleasure Way dealer, Happy Daze, for missing parts and a bit of service for my "new" Pleasure Way RV. Even though their website said they closed at 5pm and their gate was still open, they closed over an HOUR early and were not only rude, they refused to help and sent me away, without any parts and certainly NO service. So I called Melissa (just a few doors down) and she said her husband, Dennis would be happy to help me. And so he did, taking all the time we needed to show me how to work the systems and operation of my "new" Pleasure Way RV. I am very grateful to them, they're so helpful and friendly, didn't make me feel like I was an imposition and they sure didn't close early! So, THANK YOU!

Great place I almost don't want to leave a review to keep this hidden oasis to myself. The check in so super easy. The staff very helpful and knowledgeable about rvs. The view of water was enough to make daily meditation enjoyable. If your looking for loblng term or a few nights I would recommend this park. A 10 from Husband and I.

Aaron's that runs the park is the easiest and very helpful park owner/ manager. I was in need of an immediate spot to park my trailer and Aaron ran my application and approved it to his liking all in the same day and I was able to put my trailer in his park 2 hours later with no issues. In fact there was an issue with getting the cap off the sewer inlet and Aaron came right out (past 5 o'clock the parks closing time) and was willing to work on it right then and there until I told him to not worry about it if he could just help me out tomorrow that would be great and by the time I came home from work it wasn't just off but he had all the sewer hoses I had laid out hooked up and in the inlet for me.

While it's not exactly situated in the fanciest part of town, my husband and I were very satisfied with our experience (we just moved out after staying for 5 months while selling one home and purchasing another. Gary, the manager, is constantly walking around, making sure everything is maintained. He was very responsive to questions, friendly and approachable. Washers and Dryers are brand new, and kept clean and working well at all times. This is the perfect place for people who aren't looking for fancy surroundings and amenities, and are more interested in an inexpensive, safe place to stay.
