One thing is I'm always greeted with such kindness, usually by Tati, she makes me very comfortable. The way she listens to my needs and wants and explains things, is genuine.

In regard to customer service over the phone. Was called to make an appointment over the phone while I was at work. I asked staff if I could get a call back when I was off at 2 replied with " I will try to remember to call at that time" used rude tone of voice.

I went to the Lodi location & had the best experience! The staff was so welcoming & sweet from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I believe Jessica was the one who did my lips and I absolutely love them! She was so nice & explained the process so well bc I was honestly a little scared lol. But now I'm going back this summer to get a little more right before my wedding! The whole office is clean. Everyone was so sweet, & I will definitely be coming back.
