Over charged, painted our Motor and yes you do that!!!! Put the motor in half as* and left wires all messed up. This is our 64 Chevy Impala , and on top of that some young kids were working on the car! NEVER AGAIN!!! DONT RECOMEND TO ANYONE...

Was very effective service. Very good communication. Very friendly. Had towing services available if needed.

Let me say first off that Ed senior and Ed junior are a joy to work with.My check engine light lite up on my Ford 6.0 diesel. It had been running poorly for a couple days prior to that. I did a quick scan and the code for a bad injector popped up. Took it their shop and they plugged in their computer showing 2 really bad injectors and 4 semi bad injectors.We decided to put in all 8 new injectors. They did it in 2 days and I'm such a happy guy. Truck runs like a champ.These guys were a joy to work with from the first conversation on the phone to me driving away with a smile on my face.Very professional shop with a great price.Thanks to both of you !!!!! In

Thank you EEE for fixing our radiator issues!!! The mechanic we actually went to hire had moved from Tracy to Lodi and EEE's shop was just across the way. I found their website and gave them a call. Juan was great - I appreciate being able to get a quote over the phone so I know what to expect. Towing w/in 5 miles was a little expensive, though! But the quote for the work was reasonable. We were blessed that you also found an issue with another part that was an actual safety hazard that would have caused the gasket to have blown out (which would have been a thousands of dollars repair). Appreciate that you called to let us know you had fixed our original issue with the radiator and gave a reasonable quote to fix the safety issue. There was no upselling, or intimidation. I felt like a big brother or cousin was telling me about the car. EEE is professional, time efficient, customer-centric, and an awesome local mechanic shop that does the work at reasonable labor prices. Get your car serviced LOCAL and keep great small shops like EEE in the business community!!!

Yes I previously sent in a review message about the service at EEE AUTOMOTIVE and I was upset about a few things but it was corrected and my apologies for the comments e.lopez

Poor customer service. I bought a van thru carmax and was referred to have the battery change at this place. The guy wouldn't even listen to me. He wanted me to sign the paperwork and my payment responsibility without doing anything. I asked him to check with Carmax what they have instructed and what is covered as per the contract, but the guy said "no", sign the paper first.I came back without getting the vehicle serviced. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

This company mislead me into believing that I was doing business with out financing and attempted to keep my car because I only got a $1000.00 dollar loan and they still kept my car from me bad business and I reported them to the BBB,CA.BUREAU OF AUTO REPAIR CONSUMER AFFAIRS THEY DID ME DIRTY

I wonder how this place in even in business, I dropped of my boat and trailer that had the left wheel fall off. My insurance sent roadside coverage to pickup the boat and they recommended this place when I was going to take it somewhere else. Long story short I took it there based on recommendation. When I dropped off the boat and trailer they never gave me any paperwork like a service slip that said what they were going to do. The tow truck had already dropped it off so I could not take anywhere else easily so I left it. They took it in Monday and by Thursday they wanted 900.00 for storage for 3 days. They charged 900 for storage and never even provided an estimate. My insurance flagged this as predatory and requested we send it somewhere else. When my insurance had sent another tow truck to pick it up and take it to a legit shop they had it stored on a undersized tow truck on a milk crate. They would not take it off their tow truck even tough my insurance paid the 900.00 for storage. They wanted to tow to the next place and wanted to be paid more money for that. My insurance said no way and they finally pulled it off their tow truck. They dragged/pulled the boat off tow truck and completely damaged my boat outdrive and break assembly from what I can tell. It finally made it to a legit shop and they are assessing all the damage they caused. Never, never take a trailer, boat, car, truck, bike, scooter or hot wheel to this place. This place is terrible and Called EEE Automotive the persons name is Eric.
