It has a walking/jogging path that has exercise areas all around it for you to stretch while working out. Full basketball court that needed a little pavement renovations. Tennis courts that are nice and a little playground for the kids to get their active bodies busy for hours. It also have benches and tables and a grills for when you wanted to have a little picnic and bbq in.

Lovely park in the middle of a suburban neighbourhood. There's a play area and picnic tables so it looks like a nice place to go to with kids. The day I went here was rather hot, so there wasn't really anyone around, which also gave it a nice, peaceful quality that day for a nice lunch.
