Hanna was the perfect wedding coordinator for our wedding in May!There are so many wonderful ways we can describe Hanna -- she is professional, kind, detail-oriented, and more -- all the qualities you would want in a coordinator.Hanna has an effective, tried-and-true system for planning a wedding. Right off the bat, she made us feel at ease with her warm demeanor. She brought up details that we hadn't thought about but were important for execution. She was also flexible and open to our ideas. We are laid back people and didn't have strong preferences for some aspects of the wedding, but Hanna navigated the balance between suggesting her own ideas and incorporating our vision.Our wedding day felt like a perfect day, and a large part of that came down to Hanna and her execution. All the decor was set up beautifully without any of our help, and Hanna worked with our DJ behind the scenes to ensure our wedding flowed seamlessly all afternoon/evening long. Hanna remained calm during all the bumps on our wedding day and made things worry-free. September weddings always have this unique vibe, and Hanna took ours to a whole new level.From day one, Hanna was an absolute gem. We got a recommendation to work with her after seeing her brilliantly coordinate my best friend's wedding in May 2022. She's a true pro but at the same time so down-to-earth and easy to connect with. Every chat with her felt like catching up with an old friend who just happened to know a ton about weddings.Hanna's got this knack for blending her vast experience with our personal vision. She always listened, threw in some of her own awesome suggestions, and made sure the day was still "us". On our big day, everything was spot-on. We absolutely loved working with Hanna for our wedding! She helped make our big day a complete success. We would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.We almost waited too long to find a day of coordinator that would work with us. 2 months before our wedding we reached out to Hanna. She had never taken on a wedding with that short of amount of time but she was available and up to the challenge. We are so lucky she chose to work with us as she took so much stress off we didn't even realize we had.We worked to find all our vendors separately without any wedding planner but needed someone to guide us to the finish line. Hanna's services were perfect for what we were looking for. She helped us organize the month before our wedding and coordinated everything day of. She has a great system and set of resources that makes the process stress free.Working with limited time we tried to provide Hanna with as much information as she needed. She always had open communications with us and helped us communicate with our vendors. Each of our vendors also gave us outstanding compliments while working with Hanna. She made everything organized and was the master of the wedding timeline.

Hanna was an absolute pleasure to work with from the first email inquiry to the last goodbye on our wedding day. As a bride on a budget, a wedding coordinator was one thing I wasn't sure if I needed. But with the advise of friends who got married before me, I was assured that it would absolutely be necessary and that my life would be easier leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Boy were they right!! So if you are on the fence about a wedding coordinator, whether it be due to the cost or uncertainty of value, Hanna is 100% worth it.Hanna was so great about keeping track of small details that would have otherwise gone overlooked & kept me on track with reminders and helpful templates/docs along the whole way. She made herself available whenever I needed to ask something and I was never left in the dark because her communications with me and my vendors was so seamless. She made my wedding vision come to life as she nailed the set up of everything I had requested! It really was nice to take a breather and put my trust in Hanna to take care of the small (& big) details and of course the timeline/flow of the wedding day. First off, Hanna is amazing! She thought of all the details I didn't. She brought everything to life for my wedding day. She took the time to understand what we really wanted out of our day. I had the great fortune of working with Hanna Baek of Eden Events at a wedding reception held at Silver Creek Valley Country Club in San Jose in mid-July, 2022. I was there to provide elegant piano music for the first hour of the reception, as guests were arriving at the front entrance of the country club. Hanna was good about contacting me well in advance to let me know that she would be there as the wedding coordinator for the couple getting married. She asked good questions to make sure we were on the same page, and she offered to help with any setup or logistics that might be needed. I had questions for her that, I felt, were answered in an informative, helpful fashion.On the day of the event, Hanna sought me out to introduce herself. I had some questions about working to arrange to have the photographer get pictures of me and for the videographer to get video of me. During the course of my hour of performing, the photographer and videographer both worked to get shots of me providing music for the guests. Additionally, Hanna, herself, took some video of me and sent it to me a few days after the event! Having that extra video is something I am grateful for, as I am always seeking more video of me performing to place onto my pages on The Knot & Wedding Wire. Hanna was very helpful throughout the process. I can tell that she is highly organized as well. When I had moments to observe how the reception was proceeding, I could see that everything was running very smoothly. It is my hope that we can work together again at future events - Guy Palazzolo

Our day-of coordinator, Hanna, was professional, easy to work with, and very helpful when we needed her on the day of. She made our chaotic day smooth and seamless! We found Hanna through a referral from a friend my wife and I both deeply trust. When we met her, she asked informed questions to understand where we were with the planning, what the gaps needed to be filled, and what our expectations were during the day-of. Since this was our first time getting married (and want to keep it this way), there were so many things that my wife and I didn't even think of, and all the nitty-gritty details seemed overwhelming. Hanna broke it down for us. We also needed someone who could speak both English and Korean to accommodate my side of the family, and she fit right in! We heard lots of positive feedback about the overall coordination on the day-of, and she was accessible and available when the guests needed assistance.

What you get is not only an experienced coordinator who will ask you the questions about details that you'd never think about (which is the primary job of a coordinator), but also an advocate who will help you organize yourselves to get you what you want. Like many things for our wedding, finding Hanna was luck. It's important to work with someone who just gets it.Oftentimes, you get what you pay for. But what price points don't account for is personality and empathy to relate.Wedding coordinators are totally worth the expense and time to find anyone, let alone a great one, because this process is incredibly taxing. It's basically project management, and Hanna's great at it. She's incredibly personable and incisive when working with the rest of our team.You get a team member who will provide a sense of comfort when things get overwhelming. You get a woman who will help you to envision the perfect wedding without pushing you to spend more time or money on the things that don't add value. I hope I don't ever need to work with Hanna on another wedding as it would be an indicator of a failure of this current one. But for sure I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

If you're on the fence about investing in a wedding coordinator, this is your sign to go ahead and do it - especially Hanna. Even if you think you're a type A bride like me (you know, the type that is extremely particular and has color-coded spreadsheets), you NEED Hanna in your wedding planning process. Whilst I already had all of my wedding vendors booked and my own version of the wedding timeline, Hanna was absolutely instrumental in refining details that I hadn't even thought of. For example, she took care of storing our gift cards during the reception, post-ceremony waste disposal - and other simple things like reminding me to bring a steamer to our hotel. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Hanna called to check up on us and calmed us down in moments where we felt overwhelmed with our to-do list. Hanna's soft and soothing demeanor really helped us (particularly me!) to de-stress and take peace in the fact that she'd have everything under control. Prior to the wedding, Hanna also individually contacted all our vendors and shared the master timeline to ensure everyone was on the same page. Even our parents and bridal parties had great things to say about Hanna - which tells you a lot about her personality and management style. Other examples of how she went over and above for our special day include: testing our DIY champagne tower to ensure it worked, repurposing our ceremony flowers for the reception, getting me fuzzy slippers when my feet hurt from dancing in heels, attending our final on-site venue meeting in person, setting up over 100 candles and storing our equipment in our cars at the end of the night. Hanna managed the logistics of our 14 hour wedding day so seamlessly and ensured everyone was in the right place at the right time. She was able to navigate our 200 person Indian wedding and did it with a genuine interest in learning about the cultural details. Before the wedding, she asked all the right questions about the key religious components of our ceremony so she knew exactly what was supposed to happen - and she ensured that it all ran smoothly. If something goes wrong on your wedding day, sometimes you just don't want to be the point of contact for questions about the issue. This is where Hanna was also extremely useful - she was thoroughly prepared enough to know exactly how to deal with the situation. She allowed myself and my husband to really let go of the "planning" reins and enjoy the moments of our day. My husband and I can truthfully say that hiring Hanna was the best investment we made for our wedding in July!

She was the best dayof coordinator for my wedding! There was unexpected wild fire at the venue and she handled the situation very calm and professionally. Without her we could have not successfully ended the day :)
