Placed an online order well in advance and got order confirmation that said to expect a call. Turned my ringer on and no call, but I didn't suspect anything wrong. Get to the restaurant for my 1 personal pan pizza only to find out they never put the order in. Cashier lied and said they tried to call me I showed her my phone with no missed calls at all. She walked to the back and came back and asked if I i wanted to wait another 20 minutes for them to make the order. Like no I don't have time to wait ( I was on my way to the airport to leave) which is why I put the order in 30 minutes prior. To have enough time . Terrible service and no attempt to make THEIR error right what so ever.

UPDATE: 7/10/2014 - I quit 4 years ago so I can't confirm the review has the same prices anymore. I'm an employee.$5/hour if you play alone$9/hour for 2 players$12/hour for 3-4 players$14/hour for 5-6 players$16/hour for 7-8 players and so on.RATE'S ARE NOT TAXEDAll pitchers on tap: $9.55 (except for Hefeweizen, which is $11.75)All glasses on tap: $3.30 (Except for Hefeweizen, which is $3.55)Tap includes Bud, Bud Light, Widmer Hefeweizen, and Coors Light. All bottles of beer are $3.50 ($3.82 w/ tax)Bottles include: Heineken, Corona, Blue Moon, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Bacardi Raz, Bacardi Strawberry, Bacardi Mojito, and Sam Adams Boston Lager. The secret to getting one of the better tables is to ask to play on a reserved table. Depending on the employee, you'll probably be allowed to unless it is actually reserved, which often times, it isn't. We place the reserve signs there because we hold those tables for the seasoned players who know their stuff and so we can keep an eye on them in case someone places food or drinks on it. The first four tables upon entering the pool hall have Simonis cloth (the tables with reserve signs) compared to the remaining five in back, which has cloth that is rougher so the cue balls will roll slowly. The 2nd table after the entrance has the tightest pockets if you're up for a challenge. As for cue sticks, we suggest you bring your own if you have any. Although we do provide them, customers have a tendency to throw them on the ground or tables so they aren't in the best shape. You'd be lucky to find a good cue. We do sell cues at request but a non-refundable down payment is required and must be paid in full before we give the cue out.My advice is to take advantage of the Wednesday ladies special, where we charge only the men if they come in with their significant other. But this only works with one female per male. So if two guys and one girl plays, we'll charge the two guys but not the girl. Another special on Saturday and Sunday morning: $6 special, get a free half-hour of pool when you buy a small two topping pizza. We serve food and it comes from Eddie's Pizza next door. A late night menu begins once the restaurant closes. The late night menu includes (prices not yet updated):Spicy Buffalo Wings: $8.67Honey BBQ Wings: $8.67Wedge Potatoes: $5.72French Fries: $4.03Garlic Bread: $3.82 (full order), $2.18 (half order)Personal Cheese Pizza: $5.72Personal Pepperoni Pizza: $6.59Playing rates are low, I am amazed that people complain about the prices because I don't feel it's set high at all. But I do understand there are better ways to spend money on leisure time. Hope to see you all there.

I enjoy a game of pool as much as the next guy, and all I really ask for is a place with decent tables, cues and table action. Reasonable hourly play rates are also nice. Eddie's Pool Hall isn't bad, it just isn't great either. You get what you pay for.For an hour of play we dished out $9. We visited on a Thursday night at 6:30pm and had no problem getting a table. But get there any later than 7pm and you'll have trouble getting one. The tables are regulation size and the cues are workable, but not fantastic. The main problem with the table we had was that the balls just didn't roll. You could really put your all into a break but get nothing in return as the balls would fizzle on the far end of the table. Also, don't get Eddie's confused with a "Blue Cue" type pool hall. Eddie's Pool Hall is part of a Pizza place, and you don't go there to view the glamorous (or pretend glamorous) people, you go to shoot some stick and devour some greasy pizza.

Divey billiards joint. Prices aren't too bad. They serve beer mainly; no specialty drinks or cocktails. Pizza place next store and Chinese food too. Lot of the younger crowd but nothing fancy.

Smaller than some billiards I've been to but still a nice place. I wish they had a small bar for simple mixed drinks but the bottled mojitos will have to do. The equipment isn't top notch and the table pockets have holes in them but it gets the job done. $9 an hour I believe.
