Do not stay here! Let me list the many reasons. #1 No soap. We had to go buy a bar of soap. #2 Tiny room. Chair is right next to the bed, can't even sit on it. #3 Shady neighborhood. #4 Sewage problems next to the pool and leaking to the parking lot. #5 Flimsy lock on the door. #6 Cops right outside the building's entrance.

I need to talk to the owner. Not the manager Joan. But whoever is in charge of her. Please

The room wasnt bad and it was clean. and the property was pretty nice.I had trouble just getting a mini-fridge and other than the TV, there was nothing else that was supposed to be provided, according to the website. No microwave, no coffee maker or coffee, no hairdryer, and no iron and ironing board. There were only two washcloths and two small towels. No large towels. There were no outlets anywhere near the nightstand -for phone chargers etc. There was only one for the TV/fridge and one for the a/c.There was no type of dresser or anything for clothes.There was plenty of hot water which was nice, but it was definitely hotter than scalding! The headboards are just pieces of wood screwed into drywall. Mine came off on top of my head.Checking in:The rooms are all advertised for $75. I paid $110. Plus $50 cash deposit. Cash only, the card reader wasn't working, or some sort of problem that wouldn't be fixed until 10:00 that night. It was about 5:00.I handed over $160 cash, and she gave me a printout. It had a room number and check it/out dates. There was nothing entered for the room rate amount.It looked like a generic form for Choice Privilege Members Rewards points.There was a long entry about requiring a $50 cash deposit. It seems they have a problem with transients not leaving, and trying to actually get evicted.It says "the $50 deposit should be refunded at checkout, after room is inspected and all guest's belongings are out".There is a long section stating the room is not leased, etc, and requires another initial. There is my address, (all lowercase) , but no other information about me. No mention of payment of any kind. Nothing about charges, nothing about payments received, etc.When I asked for a receipt, she said that the printout was my receipt. It said nothing about receiving any money from me. Even after I pointed that out, and asked for an actual receipt, she kept insisting that was it. I finally got her to write on it that I "Gave $160 cash total to Anita front desk".When I checked out and asked for a receipt, I encountered the same thing. I got the same generic printout and I had to have her hand write the info again. This all makes me wonder if there is ever an official record entered for any of these transactions... All cash, no business records kept about any money being received.....Also, they need to train their employees about the ADA laws regarding Service Animals. She was clueless, and that was a whole separate problem.
