The food and the service excelled our expectations. We used them for our back yard wedding. Would highly recommend. Nina took care of us the through the entire process.

WOW. I cannot say enough great things about Nina and her team! If you are looking for the best catering company in the Bay Area than do yourself a huge favor and hire Nina IMMEDIATELY! I booked Eat Drink Be Merry catering for my baby's first birthday party. The experience from start to finish was flawless. From the moment I reached out for information, Nina was quickly the most attentive and easy to work with - it was a no brainer. It was a Master's theme celebraiton and Nina was so flexible in coordinating a lunch menu to fit the theme perfectly. She also helped with all coordination of the event coming on-site to review details with me and to help me organize all my to-dos. Not only did Nina provide a full staff including servers, bartendar and chef (Tom is incredible!), she also was able to provide all my florals for the event!! Additionally, Nina was able to accompdate a last minute early start time due to weather conditions and the day of the event was executed flawlessly. From a super quick setup, stunning florals, incredible food, friendly staff and impeccable service - everything was 10 out of 10. Every single one of my guests RAVED about the amazing food (just take a look at the charcutie spread - picture perfect). I cannot wait to work with Nina and her team again. I'm already excited to plan another event due to how incredible this experience was and I hope anyone looking to host an event in the east bay gets a chance to work with this increidble team as well!

I can't thank Nina and her team enough for doing a fantastic job hosting an important marriage party event for my wife and me. The process from start to finish has been super smooth and Nina was able to accommodate all the demands that we had. During the event itself, the clubhouse venue we booked had a lot of issues and Nina and her team was able to resolve them quickly and found solutions to get around them. Our friends and family really enjoyed the food, which all were super delicious. I love that their menus are very versatile and can cater to everyone's taste. We had many our guests asking us about the event and catering and we made sure to forward Eat Drink Be Merry's information to them. If I were to host another large event like this, I would definitely have Nina and her team on top of my list! :)

Eat Drink & Be Merry Catering Co. catered our organization's annual party and the food was divine! The spring rolls in particular were a huge hit and we ran out of multiple trays early on. All the food was delicious, gorgeous, and fresh. Nina was on time and did a fantastic job staging the food to make it beautiful and enticing. Would highly recommend them!

Nina and her team exceeded my expectations! They made my mom's 80th birthday party a smashing success! Working with them was so seamless from start to finish and they allowed me to actually enjoy the party, something I've never been able to truly do before when hosting. And, the food was, of course, top notch, the display and serving of food elegant, with professional service.Some of the highlights for me:- During my first meeting with Nina, she quickly assessed the space, sought to understand my goals for the party and quickly came up with an amazing menu, a plan for rentals (which she took care of) and even gave me great ideas for how to set up my space.- Upon arrival for the event, Nina and team were immediately "on" not just doing what they needed in the kitchen, but helping provide input and suggestions on decor and my furniture placement, etc. Nina also remembered certain little details I briefly mentioned when we met two months prior! - Throughout the night, Nina, the servers and the bartender were so professional, friendly and helpful. They made sure my mom had enough to eat and drink and even made her a special plate of food she could eat later because she was too busy enjoying herself on the dance floor. :-) They checked in with her, and me, throughout the evening. I also loved how Nina fine tuned the lighting and space throughout the night, even moving some of the cocktail tables to better suit our needs as the weather changed. They also ensured all gifts and flowers were put in appropriate places, something I would normally have to scramble to do.- The food was DELICIOUS! My guests raved about it and asked numerous times how I found the caterer. The French Dip sliders were a favorite, but there was not one thing I tasted that was not fantastic. - At the end of the night, the servers and bartenders communicated so well with me about how I wanted things and ensured that everything was in pristine shape before they left.The next morning I woke up to great memories of an amazing party and the clean up was minimal due to the servers and bartender staying on top of everything all night. My floors even looked great! How is that possible?! I can't wait to have another party with them!

We hired Eat Drink Be Merry catering for my husband's 50th birthday and they were amazing! Not only was the food delicious, but the staff was helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them for any type of celebration!

We have had Tom and Nina cater for us several times, and they never disappoint! The food is over the top delicious and they have a way of making every guest feel incredibly special. They also bring in fabulous and friendly. They just catered for my husband's 50th and we're still getting texts on how amazing the food was!
