Fabulous prepared foods and market! We love their Chicken and Lamb Kabobs and all side dishes, always wonderfully seasoned and cooked just right. LOVE their pita and other fresh baked breads. We also purchase many foods, ingredients, and supplies in their store: spices, spice mixes, beans, flours, rice in bulk, powders and grains, dates, fresh baked breads, and dairy products that we need to prepare Middle Eastern meals at home. You can also find many treasures in their frozen food department!

If you haven't tried East West Foods for takeout your missing out. We ordered a couple of lamb plates for take out, they were awesome. The lamb has just a hint of spiciness to it, nothing over powering just gives it that little special something. They also have the best Baklava! We purchase the fresh chicken from their butcher shop, the best chicken we have ever purchased from a store. Give this place a try, everyone is friendly and accommodating.

Great halal meat and ethnic food market. The halal meat is hormone and antibiotic free. Items that can be had here include basmati rice, all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, lentils, olive oil, tahini (ground sesame seeds), falafel mix, leban (yummy savory yogurt drink), vimto, mango juice, achar (Indian and Pakistani version of kimchi), spices, dried herbs, sumac (dried ground Pomegranate), loose teas, halwa, tea rusk and dates. Go check it out if you want some of these things not usually found in most supermarkets.

Delicious. We ordered a chicken gyro, shekh kabob plate and a chicken plate. All yummy. A little too spicy for my youngest kid. Older one ate happily with yogurt. We ordered by grub hub and it was delivered quickly. Recommend.

This is the place to find this unique Pakistani grocery items. We do have some store similar to this in the bay area. But east west carries a big variety of Pakistani groceries. Whenever I drive toward Lodi I make sure I make a stop. You can find the snacks cookies teas and spices you enjoy using in Pakistan. They currently are remodeling. they do have a restaurant which was under construction. But I do plan to try the food next time. I've heard it's yummmm but till next visit I shall know and update

Visited this store at the recommendation from my uncle. Since Ramadan started today I needed some supplies and fresh meat to carry me over till the end of the month. They had a great special and excellent quality on their cuts. I found T bone steaks for a wonderful price and they cooked up deliciously tender. Highly recommend. I drove all the way from Hayward to Lodi because a lot of the local shops have been disappointing with their halal meat and I wanted to give this a shot. Well worth it but a bit to far to make it a regular drive. I'll stop in for meat whenever I'm in the area though.

Very pleasant owner and a reasonably organized atmosphere. They have a decent selection of Middle Eastern/Indian and Pakistani foods. Prices seem decent. Picked up a few supplies a favorite cheeses and sauces. They also have some Turkish products, which was a plus. A few more items added to inventory of Turkish supplies would bring me back sooner & would earn 5 !!Nice to have another choice within a 20 mile radius from Rio Vista:)/

Must try! Nice selection of paki groceries. Fresh meat/chicken at competitive price.

Ordered their lamb gyro and two combo plates. We were pleased with everything ordered and their prices. The meat had a slight spicy kick to it which was much appreciated. We will definitely be back to try more.
