If I could give 10 stars I would! This was my 3rd new Harley purchase but my first from East Bay Harley. So I'm not new to buying from a dealer. If your thinking about buying a bike, I highly recommended them for several reasons I will list for you. SALES: I purchased my 24 CVO from Luca(not sure of spelling) and he was great! I had done some shopping around on the internet and called him with the price I wanted and he called me back, 5 minutes later agreeing to my price. I came in that day and they sold me at the agreed price with no hassle (the price was better then any other dealer) FINANCE: I can't remember the finance managers name but he was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about everything Harley offers. SERVICE: Natasha is the service manager and you won't find better customer service anywhere else if you have an issue. I was having a battery issue and within a minute of explaining the problem, she had a tech come to my house and pick up the bike same day (I live 30 miles away) to bring it to the dealer to fix it. I have also purchased many items at the parts dept. and there always great. You can easily see this dealership is well managed in all departments with friendly people who all ride.

First time dealing with this Harley dealer, but I'll say this, when the Gear & Clothing department ups the price by a measly $40 bucks just to make a little profit is sad. I've purchased 7 of the same jackets from 4 different Harley Dealers, and all had the same price, e except for East Bay Harley. And the reason for the review is for you to know that if they'll try to make and extra $30-$40 bucks on a jacket. They will definitely try in other departments. Trust me... lack of integrity here. Eric and Hondo worked to earn my business. I'm definitely a hard person to negotiate with but they went above and beyond to keep me happy. Highly suggest you ask for Homdo if you are in the market for a bike. Also Joel got me setup with all the aftermarket stuff I needed for my bike and Sarah got me dialed with helmets and headsets. Way to turn this place into a customer service focused store Eric. Thank you.

East bay Harley Davidson Livermore. Don't buy from these scammers. I bought a used 2020 bike. In 2022. I bought a extended warranty 36 months. $3000. Come to find out. This warranty is the factory warranty. And expired. At 36 months from original owners first purchase date in 2020 so they will not honor anything after three years these guys are scammers. Beware they offered me an additional warranty at $1000 a year. More. There are also part of Eagle nest Harley Davidson in Lathrop. Don't support them and beware.

Little update right after getting the bike back and getting a dyno tuned found multiple oil leaks took it back to them. They replaced a couple gaskets and said that was that. They delivered the bike back to me as I'm looking at it. I have some loose fittings missing clamps wires not secured. My front fairing bracket was not bolted back up correctly just multiple issues. No pride in their work. They had the bike for over six months I don't understand how, you could be so negligent these motorcycles have two wheels. If anything goes wrong, it could be somebody's life. And can't forget I got the bike with very low oil back. After full rebuild. Here is the best part paid almost $300 for break flush that was not done. I tested it today 4% water that's extremely bad. The parts department is decent, but the service department is a joke. I don't have time to type all the negative b.s about this dealer, but if you have half a brain cell , you will know within a 5 minute discussion with these clowns that they are complete idiots. I wouldn't trust them to work on my toilet plunger. Beware

Visited this location for the first time. My husband and I were very satisfied with Sarah's customer service. She came up to us and let us know if we needed help to let her know. Like who does that when your shopping we are lucky if we get a 'hello'. Sarah is a very unique and friendly young lady.Thank so much for making us feel welcome.

This place sure has changed since I worked there !!!!Its been a long time since I've been back. I had a problem with my bike had it towed there . After almost a week they called me after i had left a message to find out what was going on with my bike . And asked if this was my FOREVER BIKE . How about we let you talk to our sales team. They never figured out what was wrong with my bike. and decided they were going to install a new battery with out telling me until they handed me the bill. They didn't do the stuff I asked them to do. Very disappointed in their service. Had to get it towed out of there but that's definitely going to save me money and time. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
