Discovered Early Bird today via Doordash and I couldn't be more satisfied. I got the carne asada breakfast burrito, and it really hit the spot. It was packed with flavor, loaded with juicy carne asada, perfectly scrambled eggs, hash browns, and all the right toppings. The burrito was hearty without being too heavy, and every bite had the right balance of savory and satisfying. Definitely a great choice when you're craving something tasty and filling to start your day! Will be ordering again for sure.

My fiance and I stopped here for the first time earlier this week and i wish we would've known about this place sooner because it's fire! the guy running the truck who took our order was welcoming, super helpful, and patient with it being our first time. I'm a big fan of breakfast burritos/tacos and I think I finally found my go to spot! They serve breakfast all day so bonus points to them for that! I tried the spicy potato breakfast burrito and the choriqueso taco and both were delicious! My fiance tried the birria ramen, chilaquiles torta, and a few other menu items and he couldn't stop talking about how good everything was lol. They hooked us up with all their different salsas as well and each one was packed with flavor. You can tell this family puts love into the food they make and they care about their customers. They even have their own mobile app with the convenience of pick up orders. Fair prices, quality food, and great customer service. We'll definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Delicious! Ordered breakfast burritos for whole family. Really delicious and flavorful. We got bacon, hash brown, cheese and some of us added grilled onions. Sooo good. Will definitely go back when I'm in the area. good portions and ratios, I didn't need to add salsa bc I wanted the delicious flavor the eggs had. Awesome seasoning. Red salsa was really spicy, as was the orange sauce. Both too spicy for me but I generally only do medium to mild spice anyways. My husband liked them. Pico de gallo was very fresh not water. We didn't try the green salsa.Really appreciated that they allowed customizations so I could get my kids burritos they would eat and he was very kind and friendly about it. They also have an app and accept online orders as well. He also let me know if the online ordering is ever closed it's because he is on a catering job. I loved the info and communication. Also said we are welcome to call.

Customer service was great! Hubby & Wifey run and owned. The food was delicious and beyond my expectations. Home made tortillas are a rare gem nowadays! Salsas are also homemade which makes the difference. Each bite made me want more. We had chicharron tacos, chicken/al pastor burrito & al pastor tacos. This is a new truck that seems to specialize in a couple different things: 1) coffee and breakfast tacos in the morning and 2) authentic Mexican food you rarely see from your typical taco truck the rest of the day/night. I'll add pics of their menu and you'll quickly realize they're focusing on high quality Mexican dishes versus just pumping out tacos and burritos. What's nice about this truck is they're open at 5am for you to pick up coffee and tacos for your commute.Also, the tortillas are handmade(!!!) which not a lot of places can truthfully say.

Absolutely recommend this taco truck! Food was delicious! I had the chicharrón tacos, they were so tasty and delicious, the chicharrón was still crunchy and full of flavor. Sauces were also tasty! Great customer service! Will definitely return to eat there again.
