Eagle City Mobile Estates

This is a beautiful over 55 community. They just renovated the pool and lounging area and it's beautiful! There are activities almost daily. Brunches monthly, movie nights, bingo, bunch and more in the beautiful clubhouse. The best part of all is Steph, the office manager. She keeps is all running seamlessly with a kind watchful eye keeping everyone safe and aware of goings on! Can't say enough about Steph she's just amazing.

My Friend who is in her late 50s ,she is a wonderful lady who was getting a divorce she wanted to buy a mobile home in the Eagle city park got prequalified for the mobile home , single lady , full time job, great credit , owes a home and was told she wasnt able to move in ! They couldn't give her a real reason ! They kept dodging her calls ! They are so weird at this park ! Im so happy for her that it fell through !! I can't imagine dealing with these crazy park mangers / owners for any length of time ! Thank you lord for watching out for my sweet friend , they missed out on a wonderful lady who is quiet and all around great lady ! They really F#$%#$ up !! She would of been a great tenant!!

This community is 100% better with Tom as the manager! Everyone is encouraged to join in the many activities at the clubhouse now!!! Tom and Kim go above and beyond! They are willing to go above and beyond to work with residents to resolve problems....AGAIN can't say enough on how much happier we all are in the past year and a half...management change for the BEST!!!!!

Run, run, run away from this park! Peter the park owner is not a very good person to do business with! Very very rude and controlling! Tries to pass off homes in his park as being new and they are used homes! He lies and trains his staff to do the same! If your a senior you will not fair well in this community! Make your appointment with the manager Kathy or Peter Canepa give it a week or two the lies start and the stress begins. Very well kept park but the manager and owner brings down the park and the beauty in it! This park manager and owner are NOT APPROVED by Big Willy! run and don't look back! See for yourself ask a lot of question.

There are so many wonderful people that live in this park. Unfortunately, the owner runs the place like he is a dictator. Everyone wants the park to look nice and be kept up, but he is out of control. If you put your mobile home up for sale, they go through and decide what they want you to change before they will let escrow close. It is absolutely shocking. If a home is purchased in the park and it is approved, they can later decide to make you add windows, paint, landscape, etc. I understand some of it, but this is extreme. If you don't make the changes, you don't close escrow. You can sign the property over to the park owner, move it out of the park or meet his demands.Not to mention the fact that I worked for the park for several months. I did my job and got along well with everyone. I accepted a position out of the area and left, but Peter still has not paid me for the last 20 hours of work. Who does that? I have left voicemails, emails, and sent text messages but he will not respond at all. I was told by other people in the park that they have done work for him as well and not been paid.

I left Eagle City about a year ago. The move to Eagle City was supposed to be only temporary, just to help my mom out for awhile. I think it's about time I left my review. I was keeping my car registered out of state, as I was planning on going back, the owner/manager made me get my car registered for California, which was unnecessary (a car registered in two states, stupid, and costly). I constantly felt that I had no privacy. Either the owner or manager would drive, slowly by, checking out my every move. When it was time for me to move, and put my home up for sale, the manager came over, took pictures, and sent me a "packet" of things I needed to fix, including painting the outside of the home (it wasn't painted when I moved in). With all the costs of fixing up everything, I didn't make a lot of money on the sale, only owning for two years. I would highly recommend that you don't move to Eagle City.

Beautiful place! Steph is wonderful and very helpful. A ton of activities for residents, grounds are always kept clean and residents are kind and respectful. Anyone 55 and over would enjoy living here!

Eagle City is a really good place now that its run by new management. Tom is very understanding and talks things out with you and listens to what you have to say. We were living wrong here and really don't know how we all made it and some didn't. We can all come out of our homes now and enjoy the activates like lots of games, pot lucks, Bingo, movies in the hall and also Monday night football with food. Tom's wife Kim is also a really big help here. Thank-you.

Beware moving here!!! they tried taking advantage of my elderly parents and we couldn't get them out fast enough. after 12 years of living there the past couple were horrible with the new owner and his bulldog of a manager.they actually have the nerve to tell the residents that gossiping about the owner/manager will not be tollerated......um, I own my trailer and I will talk about whatever i want to! it is more like a prison than a home. talk to some residents if you are considering moving there, ones that have been there a while and remember when it was nice. If you like living under a dictatorship then by all means, this is the place for you.....sadly, I had to give it one star in order to post my review, but consider it a negative star!!!

This place is safe and clean the neighbors are all very friendly but if you want to get into the management politics you could make yourself crazy I would imagine any mobile home park or condo situation would be like that i just live and let live and go on the pool is warm and clean the people are great I have a lot of laughs around here
