E&J Funday Rentals

My first time ever renting a bounce house & E&J was the best first experience. Their website makes it so easy to see dates & times available. They also have a variety of bounce house/slide combos as well as add on items.They're very good at communicating back & forth via text or call. On the day they set up the bounce house, one part was collapsing but we were able to fix it quickly. I'm not if it was the owner, but one of the guy called me & came back to check on the bounce house to make sure it was running smoothly.Pricing for rentals are fair.Overall, I am very happy with E&J & will continue renting from them for future parties!

My friend was turning 47 and what did she want for her birthday... a water slide. Really? A water slide for an adult only party??? HECK YAH!!!I can't remember the last time we had so much fun! First of all, I have never rented a water slide before so what is my go-to place...YELP! I put out for a quote and E&J were the first to respond and answered a lot of questions that I had. After calling and talking to multiple locations, E&J had the most options and the most reasonable price. We settled for the Green and Blue Water Slide 16 (we wanted the bigger one but my entry way was not big enough). The slide we order was perfect. I received a confirmation email and schedule time for set up the day before, just as they promised. They came in the time that they said they would and they set everything up in less than 1/2 an hour. The next day, they came and took down the slide at the schedule time they said. They did a very clean and professional job. I would definitely be renting from them again.

From the start, communicating was quick and easy, smooth process - even when i had to change the date of my event after placing the initial reservation. Timely, responsive and accommodating. So nice to have an A+ customer service experience. The waterslide we rented was in perfect condition and as described. Best part, we had a blast! Made my husband's 40th birthday party next level. The kids obviously loved it. But the best part was seeing adults giving it a go and having just as much fun with it as the kids. Everyone thought it was the best. A new annual tradition for sure. And definitely the most fun we've had in awhile. Thank you!

This owner is an amazing person! We had another company fail to show up to deliver our bounce house with water slide on my son's birthday. I frantically searched for another place. I called this company first and even though he did not have one available, he gave me a bunch of recommendations until I found somebody who could. He went out of his way to help me. What a great person and we plan to use this company in the future.

We ordered a jump house-water slide combo for our son's 1st birthday and it was a hit! Kids loved it, we loved that they were entertained and stayed cool in triple digit weather! E&J Funday made it so easy from answering questions to quick set up. We even got extra time with the jump house which was a nice bonus :) we will always order from this company, and I'm sure they have the best prices in town. Will recommend to all our friends and family! Thank you guys!

Hands down best prices around. Seriously could not believe how good their prices were compared to the prices other companies were quoting me. And I researched a TON. Very prompt replies to questions--faster than any other company I messaged. Great communication, arrived within their estimated delivery window, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Would ABSOLUTELY rent from them again. Our guests had a blast--they were raving! Look no further! This is the best inflatable rental company around!!!

The owner was professional! I needed an outdoor heater, chairs, and some tables. I ordered the exact same thing last year for my son's birthday. Originally I had filled out the form online to reserve these items and I noticed a price increase so I didn't complete the form. To my surprise the owner I'm pretty sure called me and asked if there was an issue because I didn't complete the form, and I said yes! I told him I noticed that your prices increased from last year. The owner reviewed the form with me and he found my mistake! I completed the reservations times incorrectly! I'm so grateful he called me, he fixed the online reservation form for me, and emailed the quote right away. Again thank you for taking the time to call me. All the items I reserved and used were excellent. :)

E&J has mastered the meaning of customer service. Let me start off by saying the communication via text message is highly effective and the whole voicemail/email method is obsolete. It's 2021, companies need to get with the program if they want an instant connection with the customer. E&J has made the whole process of renting out door patios easy. They arrived on time. The service was great. The communication and response time were amazing! I am a lifetime customer.
