Driftwood Apartments

They only get two stars because the apartment was clean when I moved in which is BARE necessities. I sent back my form regarding the existing damages, no reply, sent in photos about water damage, no reply, emailed and followed up multiple times about a charge being waived on my bill- they responded and confirmed it will be dropped but never removed it. The office keeps cutting hours down so anyone who has a job that can afford the rent will never be able to visit their office to speak with anyone and please don't expect a return call. They send maintenance a week late unannounced without a mask.

The management team are awesome. They helped me with my application and all the questions I had. The remodeled units are very nice. Check it out if your looking for a place.

We lived here from November 2019 to June 2023. We LOVED it. Not once we had a complaint. It's hard to get a hold of them, because they never answer the phone. But, other than that it was perfect. Never had a bug issue, until we got new neighbors, but they were quick to show up to spray. It's not bad as a first apartment. Also, our unit was completely remodeled so it was great!

This place is hands down the absolute worst place to live if you're a professional. There are street signs outside displaying a nice kept facility, however it's the opposite. I have only lived here for 4 months and my water has been off for a weekend, my walls have burn stains from using my heater and the foundation of the floors/ceilings are a nightmare. I can hear every single step my upstairs neighbors make. Management is very nonchalant about the pitfalls of this property and has failed me each and every time I reach out to them. If you care about R&R THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. WISH ME LUCK ON MY NEXT 8 MONTHS HERE

Lives here for almost 6 months. Got a notice that they were gonna raise the rent to almost $500 more for a tiny one bedroom so my bf and I moved out before our lease was up. My daughter was about 3 months old when they stared to remodeling to the downstairs apartment below us. They never gave me a notice so my daughter could never take a nap. They shut my water 5 times while living there. The management is okay. But then again this was my 1st apartment so I didn't know what to expect.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO LIVE! The pictures online are so misleading! There's bugs--cockroaches, silverfish, spiders, etc., I've told them multiple times and they always say they'll tell someone (someone never comes)! There is some sort of animal in the wall. The laundry room is DISGUSTING--it has cost me $30+ dollars on faulty equipment--I've told them about that and they just say it's some other companies equipment and they'll let them know--the problem is now worse. The dishwasher isn't even attached to the counter--I told them about that and...wait for it...they did NOTHING. My sliding glass door has been broken since I moved in--I asked them 6+ times to fix it and it is still in the exact same condition as when I moved in. The security gate they advertise does not work and they have ZERO plans to fix. The office management is very young and obviously unaware of what to do. The landlord sent a notice that he was going to update the faucets and shower head but what he did was take the good faucets and shower head and replace them with the cheapest water restricted crap available! The shower head used to be a removable and adjustable, the new one doesn't do either. This owner is obviously a SLUMLORD. I've talked to multiple other tenants who plan to lodge complaints. I will be doing the same.
