Dreas Balloons

I do not like giving reviews that are negative, yet I would want an honest review of a vendor for future clients. Inquired with Dreas balloons a week or so back....took a few days to even acknowledge the inquiry. Second, I received a message in my inbox on IG stating a quote would come.....no quote days later. Then got a text message at 10pm! Stating "busyday" will call. Made arrangements to speak within a window of time....No call.Too bad she lost out and the other vendor got back to me in a day,discussed my event and booked! Bad business Dreas, would never give my money to a poor upfront communicator. Don't open a business if you can't handle it. Period.

I had a specific vision for the photo backdrop for my milestone 50th birthday celebration at Prelude Kitchen & Bar and Dreas Balloons nailed it! It was exactly what I wanted, and all my guests were blown away by how beautiful it was. Thank you!

10+ stars! My sister has booked with Drea twice now. We were so happy with service and product provided both times!! The first time I wasn't able to confirm until last minute so she was understandably booked. BUT she ended up still working with us and even though she wasn't able to deliver/install, she still put together an arch for us last minute. She is so friendly & really goes above and beyond in working with her clients. The quality of her work is exceptional! Also her prices are reasonable. Can't wait to work with her again! We love supporting small businesses and this is one of our favorites! Two side notes: 1) If renting the "One Table", I would recommend putting only non-food items on this table. It's sooo cute however the tabletop isn't attached. In the rush and stress of setting-up, it didn't click that the table might not be that sturdy. Which led to a little one trying to climb on the table and ended up knocking over the tabletop which still had 80% of the charcuterie cups in addition to my nephew's bday cake on it. Uultimately this was our bad for not thinking ahead and trying to set-up in a rush not blaming the business at all. 2) I don't know what she puts in her balloons but they last FOREVER. Great quality! =) We kept the balloon arch from my nephews baby shower as decor for his room and were so amazed at how it stayed inflated for almost a whole year! So even if can't deliver/do an install the day of an event, I'd say you're safe in requesting a pick-up order/delivery a few days prior to your event (so long as you have a vehicle large enough to transport your arch w/out popping it).

Booked my baby shower balloons and backdrop with them on instagram back in April for the end of June. They said they would be able to do it. I hadn't heard anything from them in the coming weeks. So I messaged them a week and a few days prior to event to make sure we were still on. They replied "Yes". 4 days before my event they message me to tell me that they aren't able to do my backdrop in color I asked so they are going to cancel. This left me high and dry. I couldn't even order what I would need from Amazon to get here on time to do it myself. Other vendors were booked. So I asked if she could do the balloons and lettering still. She said yes and that she had a different color backdrop, nude or white. I agreed and asked if there was a discount since it's not what we agreed upon and she said no since she is still providing the backdrop. On day of event she came on time to set up. But as I was watching the balloons were not the yellow citron pop I specifically asked for in our message. When I asked her if she had more yellow she said she did not. At that point she offered me a $30 discount. If you aren't able to deliver the work, balloon colors, or backdrop colors as discussed do not agree to the job and take a deposit. You had two months to get the correct colors. But obviously slacked, Only to try to cancel 4 days ahead of event. Decline to give a discount for backdrop not being correct color and I have to take whatever color you had between the nude and white. Then when you show up not have the balloons the color I wanted either. Essentially I took what she had to offer just because it was too late to book anyone else and I couldn't get an Amazon order here to do it myself. Not a great way to feel anxiety days leading up to and on my baby shower. She seemed nice and I calmed myself during set up. But it really sucks to work with a vendor who doesn't communicate and deliver. She told me she had to cancel without giving me any options. Then didn't even tell me the balloons were going to be off too. Very poor communicationProcrastination Work not done correctly. I attached a photo of what I sent her vs what she did. Her work isn't bad. But when you have a color story for an event. You gotta keep to the theme. I built my baby shower around the colors.

Amazing experience! Professional and easy to communicate with prior to the event for color and design ideas. Setup was quick and the price was not extravagant. Dreas worked with the venue for best location for setup and were creative with what they had to work with.I never have worked with a balloon vendor before, and will always recommend working with Dreas for future events!

We were incredibly happy with our beautiful balloon arch from Drea's Balloons! Andrea was quick to respond and easy to work with. For the initial vision, I just sent her a few screenshots from Pinterest and she confirmed that she had the materials and gave me a price quote. On the day of our baby shower, she and her husband came to our house bright and early to set up and were very sweet and professional. We would definitely work with them again and highly recommend!!

If I could give Drea's Balloons 10 stars I would!!! Absolutely professional from initial contact all the way to delivery. We cannot wait to have her at our next small business market and I will absolutely be using her for ALL my balloon needs.

So happy I hired them! The back drop and ballon arch was so amazing, well designed. It completed the look for my daughter sweet 16 birthday.She was easy to work with. Will definitely use again for future events!

STOP!!!!! BOOK HER ASAP!!!! Had my little sister's sweet 16 and man did she go above and beyond.... She went over our expectations and made the set up beautiful beautiful and beautiful! Communication skills 100% always replies on time and answers all the questions i had. Details were everything and once again amazing don't think twice and book her.
