Doughnuts to Go

The doughnuts are pretty good and the girl that work there in the morning is east on the eyes but the desperados that hang around there asking for money was a bit of a turn off. I don't feed dopefiends habits

August 5Even though I love these doughnuts their customer service this day was terrible. I was buying doughnuts for my job. After severL order mistakes. I asked if they were still going to charge me for a doughnut box $2. They were charging me this because I ordered 31/2 dz. doughnuts n they wanted to put my 6 in a bag. I asked if can place in box originally (just 1 of many errors). Didn't want my coworkers to pull out of bag n then touching the rest plus its easier. Right !..server says well we make mistakes too...yes but now this box is full because I just ordered 2 dz d.nut holes.. C'MON was spending $46. n they couldn't throw in the $2 box..really..I didn't want to but because of all the servers attitudes..Cancelled my order.Doughnuts to go need to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE

Like clockwork baby ! Every Wednesday we are here after our first spot on the route ! That's my family on a count of she calls me her sister and my pops her dad because we have the same last name ! Anyway my order every time I visit is hah egg and cheese and cucumber Lemonade And we out oralesssss

When you walk in you'll be greeted by the smell of what you think is delicious breakfast burritos, but just remember you cannot trust everything. Do not buy those little great smelling burritos. They have egg shell literally mixed into the burritos.

Best donuts EVER minus the young hispanic girl working in the front she has a attitude ALL the time.

Oh man, came here craving a ham and cheese croissant and satisfaction is what I got. I got 2 maple bars also and a fritters to go with it. They were all really good. Definitely a go to spot for donuts. Thank you Doughnuts to Go! I got no photos for it but it was great!

Best donuts in town! The ladies in the shop are very kind and have great customer service. 10/10!

I used to go here when it was New York Donuts. Haven't been here since and thought I'd try it. I looked up at the menu board and it showed a dozen donuts for $13 and extra for fancy. She kept ringing up until it reached $20 and I asked her why. Told me that the price is for regular donuts. Whenever I buy donuts I get couple maple bars, twists, a couple lemon filled and was never told those were ever fancy. I know the bigger ones like apple fritters or cinnamon rolls were a little more. But I didn't pick any of the big ones. So I told them that the menu is misleading and that they should have that changed. The other woman than says that's how everyone does it. I told her no they don't. I said you go to a place like YumYum Donuts and they are the price written. Than the woman says ours is fresh and theirs is not. I said what does that have to do with what is on the menu. They were both rude. I will never go to this place again even it they were the last shop left.

These are best donuts in town exception of 1 sales person she is very rude every time we buy donuts If your donuts weren't so fresh & delicious I would nerver go there again to have this rude individual always looking and being unhappy !!If one is not cordial they should look for a job that makes them happy

I have frequently visited this establishment for the past couple of years as the doughnuts are exceptional and the in the past customer service was adequate but the past couple of weeks they have an employee who's interaction with myself and the public is unacceptable and is beyond rude as she doesn't know the meaning of being hospitable and profesional when it comes to being exposed to the public. This employee has caused me to look for other business establishments which provide a better customer service to its clientele as it's unfortunate as positive customer services causes a business to prosper and become successful. This person has to seek other employment if she doesn't enjoy greeting customers in the morning with a positive attitude.
