If you're looking for amazing and delicious Dosa's, this is an awesome place to visit. They have a variety of different flavors and the chutneys and sambar that come with the dosa's are pretty good. Right along the food truck they have some tables and chairs to sit down and eat so you don't have to take your food to go if you don't want to. The Dosa itself was fresh, crispy and a big portion! The service was friendly! Definitely would come back. Support small businesses! :)

Happened to stop by at this food truck in Manteca for a late night light meal that turned to be heavy though on belly:). We got the Rava Masala Dosa n Mysore Masala Dosa, both were flavorful n fantastic, the chutneys n sambar are not to miss ,truly signatured n addiction for sure. As the tagline says quite certainly they feed the soul with their tasty food blended with unparalleled customer service.10/10 food place n highly recommend for quality, quantity, transparency with menu/rate card N their service. This place is a little hideout, around a library park with ample place to park ; quiet place with fresh air around. Looks to be a JV by a fantastic 4 friends - Jyothi/Murali & Raji/Rajan, simple souls n skilled chefs who run this live counter doing all by themselves yet assorted all the service with smile. Wishing it gain all the love and support from the locals n they turn this into MORE.

We found about this food truck through our local group, went to try out and we were actually late but they still took our order, we placed order for Idly which was freshly made, masala dosa and rava masala dosa, all of the dishes tasted better then what they make in restaurants, highly recommended!

Good south Indian flavor's and good service. Idlis are soft and fluffy like home made. The Mysore masala dosa was crispy and perfectly spiced.
