Don's RV Center

I bought a new travel trailer, had it shipped from Ohio to California. The roof membrane failed, and Don's RV was the only dealer in Northern California that would agree to do the warranty work. They worked fast, communicated well, got the job done and I felt went beyond the basics. Thanks to Mario and his team in service!

I used Don's RV to sell my Roadtrek. They fixed it all up, and within the three months time they indeed did sell it for me. The experience was painless and easy. I really appreciated the help with selling it.

Great doing business with don's smooth from beginning to end, Ralph the saleman was cool and professional. Thanks Ralph. Had to bring rig in for some repairs and they said to bring in the same day. Had it back in a few days. Would definitely do business with Don's again. Tried the guys down the street before and its like night and day the service. Thank's Mr. Don!

Purchased a travel trailer there 2 yrs ago. I purchased extended warranty. I was seriously thinking of trading my trailer when i went in this morning. But the customer service that Mario gave us really sucked. First he could have told me over the phone that those things were not covered but i remember talking to him and he said just bring trailer in and we will see. He could have asked what kind of do of stuff was going on but he didn't. Second when i told him the issues we had he played along and then said this this and that is not covered. and i get it but as CUSTOMER SEEVICE he could have said let me see if one of the guys can take care of some of this stuff. And he didn't it was like it was a bother for him to help a customer. Instead i will stay local and trade my trailer here in Fresno. Like i said I'm taking a loss but i wanted another trailer.But i will not deal with a rude business who puts customers 2nd.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with sales department manager. My phone calls were not returned, not even as a courtesy. I've been bringing my coach for repairs and service for over 10 years to Don's, but the way I was dismissed by the sales manager is unacceptable and sheds a very dim light on customer service.I was advised my coach was too old for consignment consideration. I accepted that decision and moved on. I did receive a call back from Mike Tangle who asked for pictures. Unbeknownst to me, those pictures were shown to JJ who again said "too old." LOL ... Anywho, communication barrier for sure, I didn't. If JJ would've called me in the first place, I wouldn't even be writing this edit to my review.

Not a great experience here. The salesperson kept asking questions incessantly. I understand as a salesperson you would want to qualify your potential customer but it truly seemed like the standard "used car" salesman experience. Conversely, when asking the salesperson whether a particular model had a specific feature the answer was "no" but that was incorrect after pointing certain details. C'mon, before you give a customer an answer shouldn't you truly know the answer as a representative of your business? In any event, their inventory seemed to have a decent a variety of used and some new RVs. What I thought stood out among everything was the huge sign stating something about having lower than show prices. The prices of their used inventory was significantly higher than the brand new models just down the street. Not a good experience.

The men working there were very helpful and answered all my questions and had everything I needed and I need a lot thanks guys

Took my motorhome to Don's RV for some service work for the first time. They were great. Everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. Mario was great. I'm so excited I found a service dept I can trust!! Highly recommend them!

Excellent service.My Tiffin motor home required a new engine and I was required to take it to a Ford dealership in Ceres. Just when the engine replacement was complete, the RV center in Gilroy, where I was due to conconsign a sale of the Tiffin, changed ownership and disregarded my previous commitment with them for sale. I was in a panic, because I did not know where to take this motor for sale. I sent out numerous emails, phone calls to a number of RV dealers for assistance.Fortunately, Don's RV responded quickly. Once I sent all relevant details to them, they were ready for me when I brought in the motor home for a consignment sale.I will say Don's gave me excellent service, took care of all necessary repairs on the Tiffin and did a very excellent job marketing and selling this excellent motor home.Don priced it well and returned sale proceeds in a very rapid manner. You could do very well to do business with Don's RV@

Rafael is excellent. Does not act pushy or desperate. I wont hesitate to come back for an RV purchase.
