I've only been to this place twice, once when they first opened and then tonight for my brothers bday. Let's get the negatives out the way first. Domo isn't as clean as I'd prefer it to be, but I've eaten at worse places. But for a hibachi grill spot and the high prices, I would expect a higher standard of cleanliness. It doesn't smell very clean either. With that being said, I didn't expect much after that.Now for the positives.The food was better than I expected. My wife ordered the ahi tuna, seared to medium rare, which was cooked perfectly. She opted in for the garlic fried rice on the side and it was delicious! I went with the ny steak cooked to medium, with a side of garlic BACON fried rice... yes GARLIC BACON FRIED RICE! It is an up charge for garlic and an addition up charge for bacon, but it was really good, it's almost an entree its self! The house salad dressing is pretty good too. I'd say the portions match the price, the qualify and flavors were on par. Desert we got the deep fried ice cream, it was OK. A little too much breading on the ice cream. Compliments to the chef for sure, he definitely made up for the negatives. He did recommend to try the garlic noodles with bacon, I'll keep that in mind for the next visit.Food gets a 4 star but general cleanliness gets a 2, so we'll meet in the middle at 3 stars.

We recently celebrated my sister's 13th birthday at Domo's with a Teppanyaki dinner, and overall, we had a great time! The cooking was pretty quick once we got started, which was nice for keeping the evening lively. However, the wait time to be seated was a bit longer than expected. We made a reservation for 7 PM but didn't get seated until around 7:30. With our family of 14, it made the wait feel a bit stretched.Once we were at the table, the experience was fun and entertaining for everyone. The food was delicious, and we ended up taking home a lot of leftovers. Despite the wait, we enjoyed our evening together, and I would recommend Domo's for a festive family gathering or special occasion!

$100 fee upfront to use the private room for hibachi grill, the room fits up to 20 people.We were a party of 16. Reservation was at 12pm, we arrived on time, but the server didn't come take our order until 12:35pm. Chef and food finally came at 1:05pm. Cooking time was fast and entertained to watch. The food was good. You will need to spare at least two hours to dine here for hibachi because the service is slow. Our waitress was nice, 18% gratuity was automatically included.

Been here a few times.. definitely not a place to go for sushi!! We prefer the hibachi.. it's decent. If you like to eat in the Lincoln center then it's a choice but honestly all times I've been here I've felt we have wasted our money..

Our chef was great cooked our food to perfection and tasted great. Although the wait was so long on a Tuesday. Be prepared to pay $$$$ dinner $42 for salmon plus garlic fried rice $3.95 bacon fried rice $5.95 for your food for dinner. And don't forget the 18 gratuity!

Came here for lunch and ordered a couple rolls to share. The rolls are quite large and very tasty. The waitress suggested that two rolls would be enough for two of us to share and she was right. We ordered the Harmony Roll and Midoris Roll based on her recommendation as well, and we were definitely happy with her picks. I was surprised that they were quite expensive, but otherwise no complaints. Service was amazing and the sushi tasted great!

I have been a weekly customer for years. Went today & ordered my usual sushi roll, however, I noticed that I was charged an extra $1.00 for the goody sauce & an extra $1.00 for added jalapeños! This is how you lose loyal, regular customers who always recommend Domo to co-workers & friends. Please re-think this 'nickel & dime' policy. It is greed, pure & simple.
