While using my tractor yesterday I realized that I never left these guys a review, despite having an excellent purchase experience and great customer service since. So, better late than never. I purchased an L3301 harvest return a couple years ago from Rick Dolk. I thought Rick was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I think I got a very fair deal, price-wise, and the tractor was in like-new condition, despite having a few hours on it. They had no problem answering a lot of questions and there was absolutely no pressure placed on me to buy. The delivery process went very smoothly and Rick delivered it personally (I live pretty far away too). He went over the whole machine very thoroughly with me and was in no rush to drop it off and leave. I've had a few follow-up questions since and he's always responded personally, in a timely manner, and addressed them fully. The tractor has been very reliable and done everything I've asked of it. My tractor has a DPF and I've found Kubota's regen process to be very refined, integrated and I don't have to smell diesel while working on a hot day. I ended up finding even more uses for it than I expected. My tractor was subject to a recall (ended up not being effected/inspection only) and Dolk came to my home to perform the recall. Again, I live kind of far away and felt bad. I have an equipment trailer, so I offered to bring it in. They insisted it was no problem to come to my home. The tech was very friendly and even looked at one other minor concern while he was there (no charge). I would say that dealing with tractor service/support is a bit different than after you buy a car, as there are additional needs. This is where buying at a reputable dealer like Dolk pays off.

Parts guys, good peeps... The salesman did not know what valves I needed for my tractor. I ended up going to four (4) other dealers and landed at Sacramento For Tractors and they NAILED IT. Sacramento For Tractors knows what they are selling. Sac For Trac live, eat and breath tractors. They won't steer you wrong. When compared to the pretty boy salesman at Dolk, Sac For Trac SHINES BRIGHTLY!
