I went to this place as i happened to be in jewelry shop next door. I got hungry and saw this small hidden Gem and decided to give it a try. I checked the menu and on to eat achari soya chap and Amritsar kulche chole and gosh I was totally surprised by the taste .The best Soya chap hands down! I have tried at a lot of places and this one stumps every single one. My favorite part is the freshness. They sell out really quickly , but when you are able to get it.. They make sure you get the most fresh lot , usually freshly cooked in front of you.As for the Amritsari kulche and chole with mango lassi And I have fallen in love with them. So delicious and crispy and delicious . Great thing was when I ordered them, they asked me for spice level and they made it exactly as per my taste bud . The best one I would say in USA .They also served some home made pickle and some fresh garnish of onion and radish on top Best snack for a rainy weekend!. I will come back to try their other flavors for soya chaap and combo food .PS- they have good praanthas too and budget friendliest combo too. This place is best for to go orders as place is a bit tight for dining out.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Achari soya chaap, , Amritsari Chole kulche jalebi and Mango lassi

This place though fairly new has caught on but personally I have a major gripe. The food variety is commendable, the ambience is decent albeit a little too small. The biggest issue is the spice level. It's beyond consumable levels - it's like going to the one-chip test. Sincerely requesting to reduce your spice levels by 80%.

The only place this far around Bay Area/Valley that serves chaamp with variety. So kudos to them for this. We made multiple trips to the restaurant in the same day and I should say the experience was good. To begin with ample parking outside though they have a only two tables inside in case you want to sit and enjoy the food right over there( which is definitely something to work upon ).During our first trip we got a samosa chaat and a couple of Dahi bhalla orders. We had to wait a bit since we ordered them as soon as we arrived in there. The taste was well worth the wait as it turned out to be pretty authentic and not the run of the mill typically made ones. This trip was going to be significant as we followed this up with two more in the day though those would be for other food items. Following up to the trip earlier in the day, we decided to go back to Doaba to buy Champ this time. We placed an order for Soya, Malai and Achari Champ respectively. Ranking them in order of taste, we liked Soya then Achari and at the end was Malai as it looked to be a bit overly done from the curry perspective. Though that did not really deter us from providing the finishing touches and emptying the containers in which the order was received. This trip was definitely followed up with one more for the evening with another friend who had been missing in action in the first two trips and we did end up ordering the same champ as trip #2. We really did enjoy the afternoon to evening snacks/meal and would love to repeat as and when an opportunity presents itself.

Poor service. Food is below average. Long wait and they avoid giving complementary drinks.

It got worse with new management. Ordered chat, combo plate. Food is taste less and nothing freshly made. They started chicken items which are even worse taste. Looks like many people are busy in kitchen, but it Takes for ever to order and pick up. Won't return.

I ordered three chaats- sev puri, dahi papdi, and pani puri. All three were stale and very disgusting. The yogurt tasted expired. In the dahi papdi, there were crumbs of papdi and it was too saturated. I had a TERRIBLE experience and regret trying to support this local store. Also, I feel their prices were overrated considering the quality of food.

They serve old and spoiled food. Don't support local businesses that do not provide wholesome food. So many other choices out there.
