So they started off with 5 stars the service was great the delivery was fast...BUT then there were some issues with the table when it was installed. First the drawer to hold the ques wouldnt close right and one of the panels were cracked so the installers said they will have to note this and have another crew come back out to fix it next week.I called and waited patiently for months and months calling leaving messages and finally got it fixed.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. Was quoted one price. ... and paid ahead of time. One the day of service I was told I was quoted wrong and it was going to be more. ..much more. In addition they couldn't find my first payment. Only giving one star because you can't post without one!

I went to this place after I had visited the competitor. Which I had been to before I couldn't believe that he had copied the competitors whole store to a T. And for being in an area where the rent is probably lower. His prices where higher for the same products. Plus his place is out there aways.

Top notch billiards store, simply as good as it gets. I couldn't be happier with the product, the prices are unbeatable, and the customer service is close to the best I've had. Adam was super knowledgable about all the products and really went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for at an amazing price. Would recommend them to anyone!

jan 17 went looking for services regarding a pool table move, setup and refilting. discount billiards gave me a fair quote on this service. plus they were nice and helpfull about my needs. they asked questions about the pool table and what date & time i would like this service done. lets just say that i walked out of there a happy costumer. BUT...... on the date & time i had set up with discount billiards. it never happened. it was a nightmare to say the least. they never showed up or called! two hours later i called them. no answer, but i left a messege. finally got a call back that they were running late & on there way. i can understand that too. so lets move on then. two guys showed up and went straight to the pool table. both guys looked at me and said, OMG!!! THIS IS A REAL POOL TABLE!!! and began to say they needed more man-power to do this service. they called their main shop and explained what they needed. as soon as the guy got off the phone. He told me that they could not do the job on this date and that the quote is now twice as much! went from $440 to $880 my mouth dropped. not funny at all. of course i said no to the service!!! like i said before. what a nightmare!!!!!

I first started shopping at Discount Billiards and all was well. I purchased a pool table, bar, table and chairs etc.. great deal at the showroom, when the products were delivered (great staff) we were missing some parts and the bar was damaged from the ride over. Spoke with Mike from the store and he promised to take care of this right away took may calls weeks turned into Months. It"s been over a year and sill didn't get the parts for the bar. I threatened to turn him into BBB and followed through it did not matter to them We are still waiting for resulotion to this problem. Keep this in mind when buying from this company. Good product, good delivery, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER..........

Had them move and install a pool table for me that I had bought in the bay area this past summer. When I called in to get a quote, the staff was very helpful and gave me a detailed quote over the phone which was a very competitive quote. Based on the price and how great they were during the phone call, I decided to go with them. On the day of the move, the staff at the office communicated with me every step of the way as to when the movers were headed to get the table as well as when they were on their way to my house to install it. Once at my house, they were quick but thorough with the set up and leveling. They even talked me through what they were doing, how they leveled the table and how to tell if the table is leveled. I walked away a happy customer as well as a more informed customer. You don't get that service everywhere. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.
