Well deserved 5 star review for Vanessa. We had the debate between hiring a wedding coordinator and doing it ourselves. I'm glad we went ahead and hired Direct My Day because it made the days leading up to the wedding along with the wedding day itself less stressful. They put together a minute by minute timeline and shared that with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. They were helpful in making sure any decorations we brought were setup, we were where we needed to be, and most importantly everything went without a hiccup. After attending weddings we knew that we wanted table photos with our guests but sometimes that could take a while since all of your guest want to congratulate you and chat. Vanessa helped us move along and made sure the next table was already positioned for us. One of the better investments for our wedding. If doing a wedding at Canyon View, hiring Direct My Day is a must.

This review is for Vanesa...Ever since the first day we began working with her as our day-of coordinator, she clearly communicated with myself and my now husband either by text or email. She always followed up and was always extremely helpful and quick with answering any questions, comments or concerns we had. We absolutely loved working with her! I don't know how we could have had a smooth, stress-free, and beautiful wedding reception without her help! I don't know think I could ever stop saying thank you for all she did for us, our guests, family and friends, and vendors.If you plan to get married at Canyon View, I HIGHLY recommend hiring on Direct My Day for your day-of coordinating needs. Wow, where do I even start?! My husband Joseph and I wanted to save as much money as we could, but we also didn't want to lift a finger the day of our wedding. We decided to use Direct My Day, and let me tell you all - I could not have imagined having my wedding without them! We only used them for the reception portion of our wedding since we had our ceremony offsite.Saneta was amazing as the point of contact leading up to a month prior to our wedding. After that, Courtney A. was our main contact. She handled all the vendors and made sure everything was being taken care of. She was even a great person to go to when I needed to vent about anything! She would tell me that everything would run smooth and not to worry about other things and to relax. She was like my wedding BFF! Anytime I needed anything she was so quick to respond. If she missed my call she returned it within minutes. Things got hectic leading up to our wedding day, and we couldn't get all the minor details to her. She reassured me she would make everything look great, and that's exactly what she did! There was also another Courtney helping her the day of, and she was amazing too! My son wanted to sit with his cousins, but of course that day he changed his mind and wanted to sit with us at our sweetheart table. Courtney took care of it within minutes, and brought his plate of food. Both Courtney's treated us like VIP's and we didn't have to do a thing! They had to switch an item in the timeline because the sun was setting and BAM it was all taken care of. I can't thank Saneta, Courtney A., and Courtney enough for their hardwork and attention to detail. Joseph and I are so grateful for you 3 and love you so much for making our day perftect. If you are indecisive about using them let me tell you, HIRE THEM! You won't regret it!

This review is for Jackie and she really deserves 10 out of 5 stars if that were possible. She was phenomenal in coordinating our wedding day and made everything run so smoothly.Really all we had to do was tell Jackie what we wanted, drop off all of our materials 2 days before, and leave it all up to her. She was professional, communicative, and caring. The one thing I REALLY appreciated out of Jackie, was that she was so lax on the day of our wedding. She ran things along so smoothly but also didn't keep us to a super tight schedule and let things run it's course naturally. Even though the reception seems long, it's a lot to fit in in a short amount of time but Jackie didn't rush us or make us feel like we needed to do things at the exact moment the timeline was laid out. I didn't once feel wound up and she made me feel super relaxed.She also decorated all of the tables beautifully and really put together what I had envisioned and planned for for months. It was executed perfectly and all of our guests kept complimenting the venue and decorations. She also packed up all of our stuff at the end of the night so we just had to hop into the limo.Jackie always checked in with me and made sure I was ok, hydrated and atleast ate something. She kept checking in on me like a big sister and it was so sincere. My husband and I are VERY grateful to Jackie, Saneta, and the direct my day team. Big thanks to a business that deserves all the stars they deserve.

My husband and I couldn't have been more happy then the work Courtney did for us leading up to the big day & the day of! Saneta helped us along the way as well. Of course there's things that are bound to change even on the day of. But Courtney made everything so easy for us. Having assigned seating can be so hard with guest who don't understand that they can't just bring who ever they want or add people last min. But luckily Courtney was able to help us out with some last minute changes. As far as day of goes, Courtney stayed so calm and collective which made us calm and rest assure everything was going right. She kept our scheduled time line on time and punctual. Which we loved! We never had to worry about doing things cause she would just come and get us. Not only were we really impressed with Courtney but so we're our guests. We had a lot of family and friends tell us she was so nice & sweet to help them out. Hands down. Get a coordinator & if you can get Courtney.

This review is for Vanesa. I hired her as the Day of Coordinator for my wedding in September 2017 and I wish I would've had her as my full wedding planner. I wasn't sure if I wanted a coordinator but going to graduate school full time and planning a wedding with 350+ guests was beyond stressful. I'm so glad I got paired with Vanesa. From the moment I met her to go over our reception details until the end of my wedding, she's been such a joy to work with.There was a hiccup in the seating arrangements which caused a bit of chaos but she was able to fix it right away. She deserves 1000000 stars for dealing with my crazy family and helping pack up after I became *unavailable* after the weddin lol! I honesty don't know what I would've done without her! I'm so looking forward to having her as future wedding anniversary planner. THATS HOW GOOD SHE IS!

Wow one of the BEST investments I did for my wedding! Let me just say that VANESA was AMAZING! Even though i got the day of coordination, Vanesa made sure she was always available to help me. Whether that was researching vendors or answering all my texts, she made sure to really ease the planning process. She is the sweetest person and was an absolute joy to work with. Her organization, creativity, and dedication to her work truly shines.On the day of the wedding she set up all of my decorations. I dropped everything off the day before and left her pictures for setup which she executed flawlessly. She also made a crazy detailed schedule from the ceremony to the end of the reception. The schedule was also given to all the vendors (which was color coded so each vendor knew what they were responsible for during specific parts of the timeline). Everything ran so smoothly and many of my guests complimented us on how everything ran. Never did I have to look at my watch and worry about the timelines because Vanesa would be there to get us ready for the next part of the program. My now husband and I were able to enjoy the day stress free and really take in the moment. I can't thank Direct My Day and Vanesa enough for all they did! They made sure we had the best day of our lives and for that we will forever be grateful!

It was a pleasure to work with Direct My Day Courtney last Saturday at Canyon View.From the first point of contact, day of Wedding, and even after the event Courtney was on top of everything. She made sure that everyone was on the same page and did everything she could to make sure the flow went smooth. I would highly recommend her and the team at Direct My Day for all your event needs!!!!!

This review is for the amazing Vanessa!!She was assigned as our wedding coordinator and oh my god she is the absolute best! As we all know, there are always last minute changes during weddings especially on the week of and Vanessa was really patient with us with all those changes and she made everything work.Vanessa really worked hard during our wedding to accommodate everything. As expected during weddings, there are times where something will be delayed and geez she came up with something so that we will be able to catch up and do everything that's been planned.She is very detail oriented and made sure everything looks beautiful and presentable. Vanessa will never leave you alone to the point where you don't know what to do or to expect. She is like a guardian angel ready to swoop in when she sees something about to go wrong.Overall, Vanessa is the person to go to on your wedding.. And Saneta, you have a keeper, please take care of her :)Thank you for everything!!

Direct My Day is hands down the best!For most of the planning, we had worked with Saneta. She was super nice and helpful. She gave suggestions that best suited our needs. Very responsive and always there for us when we had questions. We were pretty bummed that she was going to be out of town to coordinate our wedding.BUT! After meeting with Vanesa, we were truly excited to be working with her as well! Vanesa is the sweetest person ever! She responded so quickly to our emails and texts. She was on top of everything. Everything went so well the day of our wedding and I could not thank her enough! I received a follow up email from her, and I was hoping to get a lot of bad news. Surprisingly they were so minor that I didn't even notice. Thankfully! We are so happy that we chose Direct My Day! You guys are awesome!
