Such a poorly run business. Orders not ready on time, shoddy work, not there when they're supposed to be open, workers are there but don't answer the door during business hours, poor customer service. 1 star all the way around.

I highly recommend this business if you need any custom embroidery done - especially for uniforms. I need two sweatshirts embroidered with my company logo and name and they did a great job. Barbara is very kind and took the time to help me find the right items since I am petite. She called me right away when the items were ready. The business also has a great selection of clothes if you are unsure of what you're looking for. Thank you, Barbara! I am staying warm this fall and winter thanks to your great work!

The staff & work done on my company garments were awesome. We had a rush order of over 50 items was done in less than 3 days. There was one have wrong & they went above & behind to correct it. Ordered two uniform items for my kid. Was told it would be about a week until it's ready. A week and a half goes by, haven't heard anything so I reach out. Person who answers the phone says they don't know what going on with the order, says they have to ask someone else. Call back and still no answer from the shop. Finally someone tells me part of the order is on back order two weeks after I placed the order. Asked to pick up part of order that they do have, and they say yes. While waiting for part of the order to be ready, I get a call both items are ready a couple days later. I figure great! Go in to pick up, they can't find the order. Finally finds it and they misspell the name on one of the two items. Lady first blames it on me and my handwriting, yet the name was done perfectly on the jacket. Then says it was dark and she can't see well...ok, what do I even say to that. I try to be patient because I know they are busy from looking at all of the orders all over the place. I ask if it can be fixed today as I have already been waiting weeks, she says yes but not soon because they have orders due now. Again, I have been waiting three weeks now. A few business days later the other item is ready. Go to pick it up, again they can't find it. Finally finds it and I'm thinking I'm glad the whole ordeal is over and I don't have to make another trip in. Get home only to find out it's the wrong hoodie! So fixated on the name being right, I missed the fact it wasn't even the right item. $113 and a month later, didn't even get the right items. I only ordered two things. Woman I spoke to about the second error did offer to make it right again, but at this point I don't have the time to keep waiting and stopping in. It's cold and my kid needs her uniform. I'm all for supporting small businesses, and as someone who works in retail and customer service, the lack of communication and follow through is just ridiculous. These uniforms are not cheap. Know what you can handle in volume of orders and do it right. The lack of organization and the constant back and forth with employees not knowing what is going on is frustrating. I will not go back here, luckily the school finally provided another option.

They are so wonderful to work with. Friendly staff. Brought an order in shortly before Christmas and had missed their deadline to guarantee I would get them in time for Christmas, however, they still had them to me before Christmas. On another order, they weren't happy with the way one of the pieces came out, so they ordered a new piece from my supplier and made it right. Can't recommend more highly.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Find anywhere else but here for your custom clothing needs!! My family and I needed custom shirts made for a celebration of life. The owner was able to accommodate our quick turn around time which was great, she quoted us the total and I agreed. The day we go to pick up the shirts, I was not impressed by the quality of work but we let it be and went to pay. We paid what she quoted us and then she stops us on the way out stating she made a mistake and the actual total was about $500.00 more than what we agreed upon. We were frustrated by this but we needed the shirts and had no option at this time to go elsewhere so we paid the additional money. About 20 min after leaving the establishment the owner calls "asking" if we had took the cash back off of the counter that we had used to pay. I told her absolutely not and that if she misplaced the money then that had nothing to do with us. She goes on about how she never picked it up off the counter and that she had walked away briefly before we left the store and was accusing us of stealing it.While still on the phone, she finds it. Offers a quick apology. By this time, I was so angry and just hung up. This is by far my worst experience in my life at any business. I would never give these people another cent of my money and would never Recommend anybody else to either!!Update @ Barbara. My review is far from false and I never ever mentioned the date of this incident. You accused me of theft and now are calling me a liar!! I will gladly stop by so you can remember my face when I'm in the area.

ethan was really rude and hung up mid conversation, 2 items took over a month to be finished and they were withholding items once they were finished. had to call multiple times to get them to even drop off the items, really inconvenient and time consuming to do all the unnecessary phone calls
