Dibrova Foods

You know how things have a way of appearing just when you need them? I needed to replace pork sausage in a stuffing recipe, but not one Chicken Apple sausage to be found at Vigglizio's. Came home with some Chicken Meatballs??? I know, I know. In shoving those meatballs into the freezer, lo and behold, a package of Dibrova Chicken Apple sausage! I bowed to the Kitchen Gods who were watching over me.

Russell the owner of Dibrova sausages is a master at making gourmet sausages, I highly recommend his product... my favorite is the chicken and spinach however all of his flavors are delicious

Love Dibrova Sausages!!! I find them at my local Farmer's Market at the College of San Mateo.I was recently walking by their stand and thought to myself, oh I am on a diet, I can't eat there sausages, but I stopped anyways and I guess I had never read the packaging before, but they are low fat!!! I was totally stoked, it was one food I didn't have to give up on my diet. Dibrova sausages are very reasonably priced, worth every penny!My favorite: Chicken Parmesan!!(Why only 4 stars, well, it's sord of a bummer I can only get them once a week at the farmers market! )

We were delighted to find these folks at the Old Oakland Farmers' Market on Friday, particularly since they've stopped coming to the El Cerrito Farmers' Market. They prepare and sell their sausages to eat there as well as sell packages to take home. We bought a package of the chicken garlic sausages and look forward to eating them for dinner one of these days. I'm particularly pleased because Saag's has stopped making my beloved stubby garlic sausages, which I later found at Berkeley Bowl West, and this may be a good substitute. I'm going to have to tell Clint, the Kiwi meat department manager at BBW about them, because he liked Saag's garlic sausages too.

The best bratwurst this side of Bavaria! Wonderful flavor and a great snap to the casing. Hard to find in stores but well worth the effort.

love it! well i have only tried the chicken Parmesan and the spinach chicken, but oh my GEE was it good. personally i preferred the spinach over the Parmesan (though i don't know why, i am not a spinach fan) i was supposed to split it in half with my boss, but i demolished it before he could get a bite! the snap was great on both of them. the Parmesan one was cheesy yumminess, and the spinach one had visible spinach- not finely chopped/ground like other places. I cant wait to try the roasted garlic!

Best Hot links if your a fan of hot links this is a must. BBQ, fry, or even microwave. A quick brush of sweet baby rays BBQ sauce. The flavors are amazing The snap and heat will not disappoint you. Found them at nuggets supermarket in Vacaville but I'm sure you can find them other places see there website.

Ok.. first let me say I've looked at so many different places for flavorful chicken sausages. I found a few that has been decent but it's hard to find a real good chicken sausage. I have to say I was actually shocked and amazed how good the Cajun sausage and garlic sausage was!! I'm so happy I finally found a company that's makes a flavorful chicken sausage. I wish they'd make a garlic chicken sausage without the smoke flavoring too. don't get me wrong I like the garlic and rosemary smoked chicken sausage both out the smoke flavor I think would be wonderful as well. Keep up the good work and please keep supplying it toy local Safeway in San Mateo, California cause finding a flavorful chicken sausage is extremely hard!!

I bought what they called "Anduoille"(only because I hadn't had time to make more of my own) .I have had hot dogs with more spice and flavor! I don't know about the other sausages they make, but I don't think I have had an Andouille this tame and bland!...EVER!
