Diamond Jim's Restaurant

I ate there 40 years ago best prime rib ever. It was so big it dripped over the side of the plate.

Cash only, but cheap drinks, well made a lot of locals. Fun place and great remodel done!

Unfortunately when we went, Diamond Jim's is now only a bar and not a restaurant. Friendly dog greeters but no food.

It's a perfect dive bar. We go here every time we stay in Mi-Wuk Village. Good for day drinking or at night for karaoke.

Wow. Parking in order to go eat lunch in the lot the way everyone else is, north to south, despite the fact the faded lines are/were east to west, someone from the restaurant comes out to yell at my husband for parking north to south. He left to ate elsewhere. Way to go, Jim.Some nice, polite lady (not) criticized this review. We LOVED Diamond Jim's before it closed, and mourned it's loss. This guy, a Diamond Jim owner or employee, was way out of line. WAY out of line. He wasn't pleasant or nice, he was ugly, swearing and rude. And you think I am rude to post this. Something is amiss here with this logic.

Update: We thought we would try Diamond Jim's again. WOW!! Very pleased! They did a complete overhaul on everything! New flooring, and bathrooms (3) are completely new. Service is great! Thanks Emily! And they are now, children and pet friendly!! We Will be back!!

So glad it is back. Ryan has done a wonderful job inside. I really like the new snack menu.

Delicious fast food with reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and fun. Ask for mary or candice. There is one waitress that resembles Murphy brown

Great place to spend some time with friends enjoyong their food.
