I've been doing business with Devon's jewelers for years. Most of my transactions have been done at the Modesto location. However, I have had transactions at the Stockton location as well. I am beyond frustrated at this point with the fact that I have spent thousands among thousands of dollars with this establishment and have not gotten one call for the list of Rolex's I've put my name down for. I read a reviews that show random customers coming in and getting a Rolex within a week or two. And here I am waiting over a year for no results! Not a single call! It's beyond frustrating when the reviews specifically say things along the lines of "being a new customer to Devon's". And... "came in and got a call a week or two later". I have been a loyal customer for 15 YEARS!! Extremely loyal. I guess my dedication, loyalty, and referrals to Devon's does not matter anymore. I have reached out to express my frustration prior to posting this review. I got the "we are doing our best to accommodate all our customers". Please note: Dylan has been very kind and pleasant when I've done business with him. I don't believe this is his fault. This is management playing the Rolex game with their "favorite customers".

Was looking for a watch for my boyfriend's birthday and I was so nervous since I don't know ANYTHING about watches. BUT Ed's customer service was amazing! He is so helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. I loved my experience here so much and I am very happy with my purchase! Anthony was also so nice and wrapped up the watch in such nice packaging. I am ready to give my gift to my boyfriend!

Anthony and Dawn made my shopping experience for a 40th birthday gift second to none. I was treated with the utmost honesty and respect, which is a lost art these days. Both of them were very accommodating and took the time to make me feel welcomed in their store. I look forward to visiting again in the near future and supporting this local business!

Helpful staff. Bought some earrings for my daughter. Followed up by a nice card sent to my home thanking me for the business and reminding me they are there to help for other jewelry needs.

I went all over las Vegas looking for a new Rolex watch to no avail, came back home and I found one here in my own community. I came into Devons taking a chance of finding what I wanted, waited a few weeks and was able to purchase a dressy timepiece from them that I absolutely love. I'm looking forward to returning back and purchasing a EDC (every day carry) timepiece. Thank you Mr. Bal Singh for making my buying experience so smooth and comfortable.

Once again I had a great experience at the DeVon's in the Galleria Mall. Austin S exceeded my expectations on my second Rolex purchase. As most people know, these watches require patience to obtain popular models, and a sales associate that is willing to work with you. Austin was again the right choice for the endeavor! The second watch came in earlier than expected, and completed my wife's and my retirement/anniversary gifts to ourselves. As usual, the transaction was perfection. Austin has earned lifelong customers!

Bal is amazing! He is very knowledgeable with Rolex watch and he listens to me. He fulfilled my dream to acquire my dream watch - Rolex Starbucks! He is honest and gave me and update everytime I follow up with the status of the watch I want to buy. If you want to buy a new Rolex watch, or jewelry, come to this store and Bal will help and work with you to acquire it.

It took almost 2 years to finally get my watch but they always kept me updated. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Anthony (store manager) is awesome and made sure that I am happy with my purchase. Will cherish my retirement gift for a lifetime. Jo

I had a fantastic experience at Devon's Jewelers. Although I had to wait for my Rolex just like everyone else Anthony and staff demonstrated wonderful hospitality. Anthony, whom I primary dealt with was great at communicating the current situation each time I sent an email. When I finally got the call I was treated with respect and felt welcomed in the store. Anthony walked me through the features of the watch and was very professional. I would not hesitate to do business with Devon's again and would recommend them to friends and family. I came in last minute for a Vday gift! A gentleman Bal Singh was awesome and I gave him an idea of what I was looking for/ why "I really had no idea for what I needed" he understood exactly and was able to guide me to the perf gifts! He also was able to help me within my budget and did not try to push me into something I didn't need or want. That is the reason I decided to write this review. Thanks a lot I'll definitely be shopping here for now on.
