I hired them for catering for a graduation party. The food was absolutely amazing. We ordered brisket, chicken, greens, yams, green salad, and rolls. Our caterer was timely. The food was amazingly fresh, hot, and delicious. My guests were raving fans. The service was amazing, and his prices were extremely reasonable.

We got to experience this amazing meat at FoodieLand.The ribs are the perfect consistency: tender but solid enough to stay a rib. The BRISKET. *drooling* The best I've ever had. Super tender. Such great flavor. Mac and cheese was great and I absolutely loved the potato salad. It was a great mix of sweet and mustard. I wish I lived in Sacramento so I could eat more of their food!!

Contacted Carleton about a week before my mother's Celebration of Life for food options. I was coming from out of town and only able to coordinate this over phone call and text but he was very helpful every step of the way. I wasn't sure how much food I needed for the event but I told her the expected amount of people and he helped me get the correct amount of food. He delivered on time and the quality of the meat and taste was top notch. Would highly recommend him to those looking for great BBQ at their event.

Booked them to cater for my work's friends and family's event. They've got amazing charisma and customer service. We had a lot of catering changes and our event location made it a little challenging for them to set up, but they pulled through!! Everyone enjoyed their food and loooooved the dessert. I'd for sure recommended them for your events!

Devil Dawgs catered a Fundraiser for TurnerLearningCenter. We selected pulled pork sandwiches, Mac and cheese and potato salad for 25 people.It was a huge hit, plates were hearty and no waste! I received many compliments on the food. Which I'm a foodie, so it's most important that my guest had a meal that stood out and was memorable.Devil Dawgs will defiantly be apart of the menu for future events.In addition to great food, being a US Vetran small business, I chose them because in other reviews, Carlton was highly recommend for ease to work with, his hospitality and caring service to his clients. My goodness, do these folks know how to make some excellent BBQ! Our daughter's wedding was up in Foresthill, CA and Mr. and Mrs. Carleton and Renee Edwards helped make the day special with their incredible food, kind and prompt service and commitment to their customers. Our spread consisted of brisket, pulled pork, chicken, bbq baked beans, macaroni and cheese, potato salad and mixed green salad with dressing. We also provided our own rolls at our daughter and son in law's request (I highly recommend Hawaiian rolls with the pulled pork). Everything was incredible. We had enough for 130+ people and many came back for seconds. The brisket and macaroni were the talk of the town, with everything else being just as delicious. We would absolutely hire them again and would love to try some more of their offerings! Give their website a look~they offer so much! Ribs, sausage, pork loin and more, sides like southern style green beans and cabbage and apparently there are dessert options! The icing on the cake for my husband who is a Marine, was getting to support two fellow Marines and their business. Thank you for your service!

Everything was amazing! Carlton was very communicative-excellent service. The food was phenomenal!!! We had the brisket, pulled pork and jerked pork. Every one was flavorful and SO tender. For sides, we had the mac and cheese, baked beans and corn. Also delicious. To top it off, we had the turtle cake, which was a fantastic finish to an amazing meal. The set up was quick and efficient--unfortunately, we dove in before I thought to take pictures--everything looked amazing. Highly recommend!!!
