Being a first time homebuyer can bring on so much stress and anxiety because you don't know much and you're slowly educating yourself as time goes on. But, buying this brand new house with DeNova Homes was a breeze. Starting off with Danny and Angela answered all the questions that we needed answered. They made the process stress free, they were very helpful if they were not available they called us right back gave us detailed information. Melissa!!! She was/is such a blessing to have. Where do I start...from the first day we met Melissa she gave us so much information that we were not even aware of. Like I stated in the beginning first time homebuyer, I didn't know much. She has slowly guided me on understanding all the ins and outs to our property. I do not hesitate to call her if I have a question, even if it's a silly question.We had our first 30 day warranty, which has been nothing but a breeze . Melissa has been on top of everything.I hope DeNova homes realizes that they have such an amazing hard-working dedicated professional on their team, that is so passionate about what she does. CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS !! My apartment is only three years old and it's full of so many construction defects. My insurance company denied my claim when I had to move out they do not cover defects. All of l my windows leak air My front door leaks air my back door leaks air I have a broken subfloor. My dryer vent leaks the room that the dryer is in leaks air the cabinets in the bathroom leak air. The floor in the living room has a hump on the floor Lord knows what construction defect is hidden under the vinyl flooring I can't put a chair into my bedroom because the entry to the bedroom was cut too small. Buyer beware of course I'm still living in hotels and in my car. When will this nightmare end and I can have a place to live that's decent. I paid $390,000 for all those defects.

Communication, response time and the quality of work was great! Very happy with the continued follow up and work that has been completed on our new home. Our home built by DeNova Homes has proven to be a wonderful buy for us. We are very happy!
