I live pretty close to here. It's just nice to walk down or jog down and sit and enjoy the view. Garlic Brother's as well as Bobs by the Marina is here. Food from both areas are good. Lots of families come in on their boats to have a great time. There are many house boats but you can also call the Delta Marine sales for renting for the weekend. Watching the sunset is relaxing especially for a Sunday evening before getting back into the work week.

Tony, Mike and the entire team at Delta Marine Sales are top notch. I had them repair my former yacht and then sell it for me. They are always above board, honest and do excellent work. Best place to bring your large yacht on the Delta.

My husband and I were looking for a boat and Paul Otis Helped us get our 36 Carver. Paul was a wonderful help to the entire process, especially since it was our first time buying a boat. There were complications with the seller and things took a bit longer than we thought. We needed to be out of the country right after the sale and some final repairs were being made. Paul was kind enough to help us out and delivered our boat to our marina so we could make our flight. I would highly recommend Paul and Delta Marine Sales to anyone who asks!

I contracted with Paul Otis at DMS to sell my 35" SeaRay. The sale went amazingly fast and smooth. Paul communicated with me throughout the entire process. He performed some minor repairs on my boat and negotiated with the buyer to adjust the price to cover a few repairs that needed to be done to complete the sale. Shady used car salesman best describes my experience with these guysMade a offer, said it was excepted and a purchase agreement was on its wayI questioned some of the BS fees and asked for an explanation. Calif DMV told me what the fees should be to register the boatThey were double Bogus tire fee for tandem axle trailerWhen I I asked for a explanation I was told the owner was reconsidering my offerI called the owner he said we still had a deal but there is a problem with the transfer of titleNext I hear there under contract with someone elseNot very ethical or professional

Took our boat up to Stockton based on a recommendation from a trusted source. We needed to have some misc. repairs done and the bottom painted. We had been told that it would take two weeks, not by Delta but by our contact, another marine service located near by, where our contact was also going to be doing interior work on the boat while it was there. When we reached out to Delta the Monday prior to our expected pick up date that Friday, they said that they were not aware of the timeline. When we explained that we lived on our boat, and were in a hotel, they said that they would get right on it and do their best to try and finish on time for us. When Friday rolled around the boat was ready. Not only had they completed the initial work we needed done, they were able to complete addition work that they recommended (a great idea on our damaged chine rail) The boat looked and performed great. The overnight trip up the delta was certainly worth it!

Paul was super knowledgeable during the whole process which was so helpful as we bought out first boat.Paul helped foster a really positive and collaborative relationship with the seller which made the whole negotiation a very smooth experience. And for all our large and small questions, sidesteps and mishaps Paul was there to guide us. If we could give Paul Otis a 10 star review we would. We came across Paul by chance as he was the broker on a 48 foot Californian we were interested in purchasing. Based in LA, we were not at all familiar with Isleton, or the Delta area. So, after speaking with Paul, and getting a great vibe from him, we jumped in our car and made the 7 hour trek north. Paul greeted us with cold water, a huge smile, and a pep in his step as we made our way to - what is now our - boat. He showed us around her, all the while tirelessly answering all our questions about the boat, and the Delta area. Paul was nothing but professional, friendly, insanely knowledgeable on all things boat. Clearly a seasoned waterman, his expertise and knowledge helped us make our quick decision to take the leap and begin the process of buying the boat. He gave us names and contacts of possible mechanics and surveyors to contact, and in our absence, organized the haul out, the mechanical and survey. When we had questions, and we had many, he knew the answers. The sale is finalized but our boat is still up north getting finished up with new canvas and upholstery. Paul checks in with us regularly, despite us well into ownership, to check we have ticked off all our boxes of new boat owner to-dos.We feel so fortunate. Not only do we have the boat of our dreams, but we feel we've made a new friend in Paul Otis. Do not hesitate to use him, he's truly a gem. VIcky and Jay
