I had an amazing experience working with Decoraciones Amor for my event decorations. From start to finish, they were professional, prompt, and listened to my vision for the event. The owner, Maria, was extremely helpful in suggesting different design elements to make my event look even better. The installation crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job bringing my vision to life. The decorations were beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I had a wonderful experience working with Decoraciones Amor and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality event decorations. I do not recommend this place at all, I placed an order for a Saturday and to b ready for pick up Friday and my order was not ready for pick up or delivery it wasn't even in the store but in the delivery van and on top of that she wanted a picture of my receipt acting like she didn't know what I ordered even with my name and phone number and when I picked up my order the following day which we had to rush and get it it wasn't even what I ordered, I ordered round table covers and they gave me square and said it was diamond shape smh but expected them back right the next day even though my order was a day late, very disappointing and unprofessional!

Stay away from this so called "business". Owner is rude, unprofessional and has no sense of customer service. And a cocky crook!! I'm disappointed about having to give them the 1 star in order to post this review. Stay away, I wish I had known before stepping foot in this establishment. A few years ago I rented a jumper with tables and chairs. I decided to just do the jumper, so I went in a few weeks before to make the change. She said no, sorry can't do that!! I don't know about now but she had no cancellation policy at the time posted or printed anywhere on my receipt. There was nothing posted at the time about cancelations. After she refused to change my order I was so upset and disappointed with her "business" so I told her, cancel the whole thing I don't want the jumper either. She had my credit card info so she charged my card without my authorization!! When I said you need to refund me she said I'm not going to, now what? With those words and in a loud arrogant tone!! Refused to refund my card I had to go thru my bank to get a refund on the charge.

I would give this place negative stars if this was an option. Went to get fitted for a Tuxedo for my wedding fast forward 1 week before the wedding. I go to try on the suit every single item they have ordered for me is wrong! Pants are supper baggy when the fit was supposed to be a slim fit. The coat is 2 sizes too big. The vest is huge. The shoes are super old and thrashed. Not the stress you want to have less than a week before your wedding. The the arrogant owner claims it was the place they ordered from fault. Horrible experience not only for me but for the other members of my wedding party. Stay away from this place!!!!

First visit was great, young man said they would call when tuxedo arrived so that my son could try it on. After not receiving a phone call by Wednesday evening I called them. The lady who answered the phone did not ask for a name or receipt # , just said that it was in store. Called again later treat evening and young man check under our name and verified that it's was in. Arrived Friday afternoon to owners daughter eating behind counter and then owner said that if tux didn't fit that there was nothing they could do because we waited . When I throws to explain that I was told to wait for their phone call, she resumed to scold me in front of other costumers. Since they already told us it wasn't going to get altered we just took it home so wish us luck!

I wish they had a negative 1star rating for this place. I called with some questions and lady didn't really have answers, she rudely rushed me off of the phone. I had my husband call thinking maybe our language barrier had something to do with it, since I don't speak Spanish well. But my husband speaks fluent Spanish and so he called just to have the same lady be safe use to him. Told him "I don't have time to answer your questions" and hung up on him! I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

They decorated my daughters 15 and it was absolutely beautiful. Every thing came out perfect. They were there on time and picked everything up on time also. My daughters dress was beautiful and the chambelanes tuxedos were great.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! The lady who works there is rude ! It's a perfect reminder to choose a job you like . I've never had anyone talk to me like I'm dumb. I don't know what makes her think she's so entitled to do so. I'd rather pay more money and go else where . No vengan aqui. La dueña parese amargAda. No save como tratar a sus clientes.

I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER ! Dirty and ripped table covers and runners. Chair covers were given in correctly, and when I reached out to the owner regarding this matter the owner was careless by not attending to the issue. The owner stated she was off hours and didn't care if I had what I needed. The owner eventually gave me the items the next day by 3:30pm, which backed me up, and many of the items rented went without being used due to her negligence. She charged me the complete amount regardless If the circumstances. I WILL NEVER RENT ANYTHING HERE AGAIN, AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT FROM HERE! THE WORSE OF THE WORSE !

Horrible i made an appointment to go see a dress @11 and I went and she wasn't there. I waited till 1 and called her non stop and she wouldn't answer i got home around 2. An hour later she called im here I waited 3 hours. I asked her the following day what time will you be there she never answered. I ended up buying my dress from another place l
