DeBenedetti Park

This park is used for soccer and sporting events quite a bit, but I like to bring my dog her to walk and play some times. Typically during sporting events the streets are lines with cars but when nothing is going on here, it's got a small parking area that is off the street which is nice, especially when getting in and out of the car with my dog. It's a busy area but if you come during the weekday it's not too bad. The grass is green and there are some trees for shade so I like to walk with her and play a little fetch. The soccer fields are recessed and used for stormwater retention so it can get muddy but many of the newer parks in town are not very dog friendly so this is a good spot to have.
