Gentleman was nice and told us they were closed but no real hours on the door or listed anywhere. Not even on their website.

Completely unimpressed with this uniform shop, and annoyed it's the only option used for my daughter's uniforms. Misspelled her last name on her jersey and ignored every email and phone message asking them to correct it. Super embarrassing having family drive an hour each way to watch her games, only to have her name wrong on her jersey all season. Literally ALL season because they never even got back to me.

They have a great selection of gear and a very helpful and kind staff I would recommend them to anyone in the area to go to for their sports team needs!

We had to order spirit wear and received the wrong size. It was a misunderstanding on the form and was my fault for not being detailed. Jennifer was kind enough to work with me and get what my daughter needed.

I used to be the biggest supporter of this business until the this baseball season. I am so disappointed in the communication and level of service I received as a direct customer. When you walk in the store you are completely alone for several minutes only to be met by someone who has no idea how to help you because the person you need to speak with is not there. They don't return emails, or calls and have made several mistakes on my orders. I am not sure I can give them another shot.

I used this store for items and uniforms for the little league team I coached. They were super helpful. I had a situation where I put my players first names on the back instead of their last names. She stuck up for us as she pointed out to the league they don't have that policy in writing. It's always a good practice to support small local business. Which is what I intend to do this baseball season as well.

Today could have gone terribly wrong for my son but Dayaks really went out of their way to save the day. Today was my son's first ever soccer game. We drove 45 mins from home to get to the field only to find out that I had left his shin guards, socks & cleats back at home. We had no time to go home and return in time for the game. Called another "big" chain sports store to see if they could help us out, by maybe just pulling the items in his size and having them ready to go when I got there (cost was no issue), but they were no help. I was stressed, my son was in tears, and we were at a loss. Thankfully we found Dayaks online and gave them a call. We rushed over; the lady was so very helpful and we got what we needed in the right sizes and made it to our game in time! Not only that, but I wasn't asking for prices on anything and she could have really stuck it to us by selling me the highest priced items, but to my surprised the total for everything came to less than I paid for just his original pair of cleats! I will always stop by Dayaks first for any sports needs from now on. Not only was the customer service top notch, but the store was immaculate and looked to have a nice variety of products for different sports.

My son was sized by one of the emplyees and he got us the wrong size of baseball pants.We went back and were charged $7.00 for shipping in another pant and was told we would have them by Thursday and when I went in on Friday my son's pants were still not in and they told me that they would check on the order and call me and as of the following Tuesday no one had called me.This place is really bad and I do not recommend getting anything from them.

I guess there has been a lot of changes since the last person reviewed this particular business.The only reason I'm giving this business 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that they limited amount of supplies on had. Understandably so, they are a small business operation.They provide a "kick-back" attitude where they let you browse for the things that you need. The prices are not just comparable to a big-name store but they are also competitive. They have clearance items on Soccer apparel that makes Ross and Marshalls obsolete in terms of their prices.We've only been in here twice and we have been treated with courtesy and friendliness. We just hope that this continues as their business progress on in the future.
