The good part is that it's very open and has a decent walking path, considering its location. The bad part is that there is dog poop everywhere, and benches to sit on are barely non existent. There's also not a whole lot of privacy.

This park is expansive and at first glance, quite lovely with its established trees and well-manicured lawns sprawling throughout. The Grace M. Davis High School is attached to the park so for starters, there are typically high schoolers making out, smoking and loitering around after and between classes. This is not the typical vibe I prefer around my toddler while we are trying to master the monkey bars. The playground is flanked by multiple oil barrel type trash cans and for some reason always reek like a heap of rotting meat with flies circling. So, I guess if I'm going to utilize the grassy areas and not hang out at the playground, this park is very nice. For a clean, age appropriate and comfortable time, I suggest taking your young children elsewhere.

A very pleasant, quiet, clean park. Great little paths with little hills. There is also a kid area with a slide etc tennis courts, softball area with a few stairs. I will definitely go back and take my friends kid back for more outside time to get him off the Xbox or whatever he does. Kids need to get out more and this safe park is a great place for the kiddies just please watch your kids.

The park is well kept and very large. There is a lot of shaded area to enjoy time with your family. My daughter really enjoyed the swing and just running around in the grass. There were a lot of families there, which was nice.

The Davis Community Park is an awesome place! It offers many different things for many different people. There is a baseball and softball field. Tennis courts are right next to the park. There is an area for group gathering that is shaded, and has BBQs. There are many different paths through the park that offer walkers and jogs different views. The park itself has many wide open spaces for games of football or frizz-bee, and there are many shaded areas as well. Bring your friends, family, and have a good time.

This park was first class, best in the town. The views were simply fantastic. I had never been to this park but a future shift lead from dutch bros modesto, showed me this beautiful recreation area. Definitely will be coming back, I could have had a better outdoor experience.
