New to the BBQ game here in Manteca. Tried them out today for the first time. Honestly the best brisket I've had in the surrounding area.I ordered the brisket plate. It came with mac and cheese, chili and cornbread. All of which were pretty good on their own.They mix up the sides each week it looks like. They also do rib plates as well. Come check them out!
